Be able to create and save customized workouts so I don't have to rebuild each routine every time I go to the gym.
Ability to create, customize, and save daily workouts to reuse on different days. IE chest, back, legs, arms, etc... And allow us to reload that workout where we can input totals and add/substitute as needed.

Blood sugar tracking is very important for diabetic people. Having the ability to track and view historical trends as they associate with food intake/etc would be really nice.

Broaden your links to other apps to include Loseit and MapMyRun. Also, make add new sets more difficult to push- I accidentally push it alot

A 3 second "rest" period in between exercises while on interval timer
The way the interval timer works now it goes straight from one exercise to the next and I'm having to either dock myself short 3 seconds while I move to my next exercise or I'm having to carry my phone on me so I can pause it to give me adjustment period.

A leaderboard showing how you rate compared to other people in the same training program. Seeing your rank go higher each month can motivate you to want to get higher in the ranks and workout more.

Ability to delete pre-loaded workouts.
My trainer has uploaded a series of pre-loaded workouts along with a library of substitute HIIT exercises. It would be awesome to have the ability to remove/delete some of the pre-loaded workouts with exercises I can choose from the library my trainer provided.

Substitute exercise
My idea is , when we want to substitute an exercise instead we are searching for the exercise we want to substitute , it could already be the option with the exercises that we can do.
For example if there’s a hip trust and we don’t want to do hip trust , not everyone knows the alternative for each exercise , but if you click on substitute and it already appears only the exercises that can be an alternative to hip trust instead we have to scroll to every single exercise.

Create a 3rd column in the exercise section of the app to enter data on each set.
There is already 2 column boxes for reps and weight. Please create a 3rd column box to input “quick” notes. Such as RIR data. Even if there is a character limit, like 10 character limit, that is still enough for most quick data - e.g. 2RIR, or IncWtX5, or DecRpX2. Trying to log this type of tracking for each set on an end of workout notes section is too clunky and inefficient. One small adjustment will yield dividends for the clients and trainers alike, since the trainers can quickly glance at the set by set data during the client’s workout…

Family Style / Meal Prep Style - Save the total meal ingredients once and then log how large your portion was. Share total meal with family.
While cooking, log the weights and amounts of the ingredients used. Record the total of this as one "product" or one "food item".
Then, when you grab your portion size for the week, you only have to say how much you grabbed from the total meal and don't have to calculate and add each ingredient again every single day.
Share the "product" or "food item" between family members or friends who are also eating from the same batch of food. That way, only one person has to enter the meal details and everyone else can just say how much they…22 votes -
Music quiets when using timers and when in workout and app is open, but gets loud outside app. Can you not adjust the music volume?

Check in forms
It would be nice if Trainerize had an option for a coach to send a weekly or bi-weekly check in form for the client to fill out a specific set of questions so the coach can review their responses before scheduling a call with the client.
