Break out the fruits and veggies so that people can count the number of either everyday.
Have icons for fruits and veggies so someone can just click on an icon and know that they have eaten a fruit or veggie that day. At a recommended 5 a day, it can be easy to lose track.

When having challenge groups, make a leader board section to motivate and challenge members to have a friendly competition in the way to their goal. Tribe fit has this option. Looks pretty neat

Review workout before scheduling
Have an option to review what’s included in a workout before scheduling. Now, you have to add a workout to see what all it includes and then if you don’t want to do it you have to go in and delete it. Sometimes I want to look at a couple of options before choosing.

Show step count on calendar
Show steps on calendar when looking at clients week showing their steps along with calorie burn & calorie intake.

Give a few seconds between, to transition
Add some time between each exercise.
Announce what the next exercise is.
Run the demonstration during the exercise sp you dont have to pause and watch and then resume the workout.

Show the RPE history along with weight and reps for each exercise
Varying weights and intensity is easier with the knowledge of your last RPEs for each previous weight/reps combination.

Scan equipment qr
Some workout equipment have QR codes. Enabling this feature would allow me to scan which machine I used and then enter reps instead scrolling endlessly to find it

Allow the app to operate in the background
Allow the app to keep tracking or operating while the phone screen is off, locked, or another app is up. It’s annoying to have to keep the app or screen on just to allow the workout to continue and not pause

Ability to move a planned workout from one day to another day.
My trainer adds workouts for me to complete on certain days. I would like the ability to move this planned workout to the day it is actually completed.

Start the workout session and a timer starts
When the workout starts a timer starts and click is heard so that we can keep a track of the process

Allow clients to specify the ease or difficulty of a given set in the gym.

Progress graph
Now the graph doesn’t show your progress, just the actual weight you input, I’d like to see how many pounds I’ve lost and the graph now updates but doesn’t show previous stats

Be able to access personal workouts off line with pbs and locally save progress until connection available

Ability to sinc with Endomondo app for activities like running and cycling
I have been using Endomondo for years before Strava and other apps became available. I use Endomondo for cycling and would like to have it incorporated into this app.

Optional Exercises
If workouts are assigned, it would be nice to have exercises that are alternatives to the ones selected. For example, if someone has an injury and can still workout, there should be alternative workouts Incase one isn’t recommended. If you can’t do chest fly’s, another chest exercise should be recommended. Or give the trainer the option to create a workout based on an injury by suggesting movements that won’t aggravate the injury and still allow the client to workout.

Need to be able to inquire about summary stats from past workouts (eg, total weight, max weight)
