We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to add food photos without having to sacrifice meals and calorie info

    Currently you can only add photos of meals OR meals/ calorie info.
    Both are important, so it would be great to have both options. You can send for photos via chat, but that is spamming the important channel

  3. See similar movement history

    I would love the ability to see weight and set/rep history for relevant similar exercises. If I'm doing barbell bench press my previous dumbbell bench press info applies and would help me make a weight selection.

  4. Correct food measurements

    Can we get something that’s easier to read than these mathematical scientific equations to the meals? One example told me I needed 37.5 almonds and 3/8 of a cup of rolled oats. These seem oddly specific and seems way to odd to be eating them like that. I would just like the measurements to make somewhat of sense.

    I want to be able to write in my ingridiens and then i just put for exqmple oats 40 grams. And The meal tracker track varna protein ftata and calories for 40 grams oats and then i ads for ex 1 egg and The same. If I make my own meal and not The ones in The linrsry of The mrsil tracker. Would works as Lifesum.

  8. Adding an exercise and then going to modify that newly added exercise causes the app to shut down and log out

    This is a current bug.
    I go to add an exercise, it gets added but when you go to add lbs or reps the app shuts down and logs me out

  11. Option to add photo at any time during the food logging process

    Taking a photo of your completed meal is the last step in the process for me. One has to have their meal completed and dished to take a picture of it before one can actually start scanning barcodes, etc. I like to clean up as I’m preparing food. I get annoyed that I have to leave food packages out to scan the bar codes after the meal is made.

  12. Scroll up and down to show more instead of tap

    Streamline by allowing scrolling up and down to view multiple workouts instead of needing to tap “Show more” in the Workouts section. Too many taps required for basic actions in general is a poor user experience.

  13. Macros!!!!

    Track macros!!! The only way tonlose weight is a calorie deficit. How do you think your clients will benefit from not being able to track, see or otherwise monitor them??? I will never use this app again after my program with my trainer ends. It's the worst set up ever. We have social media. Stop. Just let us track macros. Also, look at all the comments calling for the same thing. Get rid of myfitness pal. It sucks.

  17. Change the rating scale at end of working so it doesn’t ask. “How hard was this work-out” to “rate your effort for this work-out.”

    For the rating scale at the end of the work-out: None of the work-outs are.”very hard” for me in terms of skill level, and certainly not “extremely hard.” But this is what I have to choose if I want to rate my perceived effort as an 8 or 9. I suggest changing the language to accurately reflect what we are trying to measure, which is subjectively the amount of effort we feel we put into the work-out. When look back at my log book, that is what I want to see recorded, not whether or not I found the work-out…

  18. Home workout

    Should have a toggle to choose between home workout and gym workout. As I have started 30 days shred ignited, my app is showing only gym workouts but I am working out at home. But I couldn’t able track the workouts properly.

  20. Please let us remove ourselves from groups or allow staff to delete groups.

    I had an emotionally abusive narcissist for a trainer who got fired. 6 months later, the groups she originally made are still active and no one seems to know how to delete them, or at the very least remove me from them.
    This makes it so I cannot even use the app without PTSD from that experience. I just want it to go away. TwT
