Make it easier to repeat
Don’t have the workouts attached to a specific date. That way if you want to repeat the program, you don’t have to scroll the calendar all the way back to where you first started.

Range of motion routine
Combine existing exercise into a routine to increase range of motion so this can be done on off days to lifting. This would be with very like weights and exercises like resisted backswing, 3D torso rotation, 3D hip rotation, etc. The last time I looked at the range of motion it had 3 exercises. This could be a series, A, B, C. To be done throughout the year.

Ability to log meals in a desktop version of the app
I'd like the ability to log meals in a desktop version of the app. Sometimes I do not have ready access to my phone, so logging via the desktop app would help me to more accurately track meals. If I wait until I have access to my phone later in the day, I sometimes forget some of the things I ate or I calculate my calories after the fact and realize I am over the budgeted amount

Be able to alter the serving size like on cronometer
I want to be able to cut a serving size in half of double it out triple it instead of having to enter it as a whole new food with a different size serving.

Easier way to track multiple serving recipes
Find a way to have recipes broke down so that they can be entered into the food tracker more accurately. Many times I feel my food isn't tracked correctly because it's inaccurate

Put food brand first in title
I find it time consuming to find specific products in the food list. For instance if I search on Flavored PB peanut powder all I see is peanut powder. Then I have to click on a bunch of the ones listed to find the right one.

Wish there was a way to submit video so the instructor can visualize the form of exercise or some type of interaction and wished my i watch transferred activity to trainerize app

Group ingredients and foods
If I have a sandwich or meal with multiple ingredients I would like to be able to group them so that I can add it to a different day quicker and easier. I also wish there were more foods available in the database but that’s a different problem

More portion control in MyFitnessPal
You should be able to input the exact amount of food in ounces, grams or pounds not just serving size. I’ve used other calorie trackers in the past that are more easy to navigate and find food.
Thought I do like the build a recipe option and the way it breaks down the macros for you

Appointment automate message
to remind them 12H prior to a 1-1 facetime call, to fill out a Pre Call Form, so I as a Coach can serve them better. I can do this in Calendly and other smilar competing products

high contrast
High Contrast mode. Users with accessibility needs could do with options to customise the UI. The app doesn’t respond to the device’s setting for font size. There isn’T enough contrast to read to he screen.

Allowing adding and tracking ‘to do’ list items to be added and managed by users
My trainer set tasks/to-do list items for me. I don’t want to go through him to set more. I’d like to create my own. For example, medication reminders on repeat. Or supplement reminders. I could set one to do a meditation or breathing session. Spend 15 minutes outside. There are so many things that I’d like to track in one app, so self customisation would be an ideal solution on some features. Don’t be too restrictive as limitations will be felt by end users.

Add a food to an existing meal without having to edit it
I want to be able to add a food to an existing meal without having to navigate to the meal and edit it. This is an annoying process. Meal logging is not very good in your program. Integrate with Lose-it! It’s the best.

I would like to have a 7 day meal plan where I can meal prep the same meals based on my macro's and calories, if I swap a meal because I don't like what is suggested it automatically gives me options only based on my what macro's/calories I can have so I don't go over/under.
