No time to set before each exercise
There's no time between each exercise
For example if I'm doing bench press off the floor, I immediately have to get up to do lateral raises and then I've lost 3-5 seconds of that next exercise. When you're trying to achieve most in every exercise, when you try to swap it doesn't give you the seconds you need. So I have to keep pausing then resetting that next drill.5 votes -

Take out the zero in the text fields

Allow for personal music integration. Cues only during workout video option rather than trainers music options or voice only the entire time.

Continuous timer
Set a feature that counts down for you automatically without you having to touch the phone. One that includes working time, rest time, rest between sets, etc.

Issue: IPhone iOS 14.2, Watch Series 3 WatchOS 7.1
Feedback: Issue with Apple Watch 3: if you begin activity from the app on iPhone it auto starts on the watch, there is no option to end the workout on the watch. Even when you end the workout on the phone, the watch continues on timer. Have to force restart watch to force end the watch app.

iOS widget
With release of iOS 14, a home screen widget that allows you to check your goals for the day and launch a workout which can be guided through the widget is entirely possible. It'd be great to have either the goals tracking or the workout guide and even better to have both in one widget.

Change text colour as the contrast is poor
Not all displays are easy to read as there isn't a lot of contrast between text and background.

Enter heart rate zones
The ability to enter your current heart rate zones and then track them using the app so you can perform cardio and HIIT training programs. Heart rate zones are essential for cardio.

Have more reactions than the ones the app chat has already pre selected (for example, this one 💪🏻).

Include life time YouTube workout videos as workout entry option
Include the workout videos featured on the life time fitness YouTube channel as workout entry options so the user can document different types of cardio or strength workouts not preprogrammed into the app

Weight/ Resistance option
After we finish a workout and we are tracking our reps and how much weight was used, sometimes we don’t have access to weights or a weight is not suitable for that exercise. I would like an area to input that I’m using a resistance/TRX band rather than it being put as 0lbs.

I would like to know which muscles each exercise is focused on. I think that helps me with my form.
For example, on the lines, which muscles should I be focusing on. Clearly it works several muscles in the legs but which are the target muscles.
