Sleeping monitoring
I use an app called sleep cycle to monitor my sleep. It would be really good if I could sync it with your app. Otherwise I'm loving the interface and the app!

Bring back voice countdown
Bring back the trainer countdown “3,2,1...walking” during cardio workouts. Allow for volume adjustment over music if people don’t want to hear it.
Voice during timed workouts also key. Watching the timer is annoying.

Automatically plan a whole workout option for users
I just downloaded the app and i have no idea where to start, instead of the + button it would be nice to see an option where my entire plan is automatically generated by you guys who are specialists. Thank you

More variety’s of workouts, consisting of different plans that hit different areas of the body. New workout plans. Banded workouts that consist of just banded body weight of for more intensity, bands plus extra bands or weights. As well as more booty growth focused workouts or plans.
