All training programs run like a video
Not all trainings run like a regular class only some do. And you have to stop and check the exercide put the info in and then continue. When is a full class video you only watch and follow.

Add the ability to sort exercises by body part worked.
The name of an exercise does not always include the body part worked so it is difficult at times to search for an exercise to fit what you need. If the exercise were organized or able to be sorted by body part worked that would help. Thanks

Data graph for workouts
Add a data graph for workouts that shows current reps/weight and show a dashed estimated progression if continue on trend. That way it could help adjust personal goal and progress if not on track or exceeding progress to fast.

Need to add left and right weight and rep category. Not everyone lifts the same weight for each appendage.
Set, left/right/both, rep, weight category per exercise.

File & media folder for group chat
In the group chat we need to have a way to see the pictures and files only. Like they have on other messenger apps. So you can search instead of going up all the way in the feed

Add stretching and recovery of 15 minutes videos to the program
You need to add stretching- recovery videos of 15 min as a part of the program, not jut the how to do it. This will avoid injuries, remember not all your audience are used to so much high impact.

Ability to exit YouTube video demo
When going through a workout, I use the video demos to make sure I’m doing the excel use correctly, but I cannot exit the videos that are imbedded YouTube videos unless I completely exit the app. (iPhone 8 plus)

More flexibility on weight units
You should be able to chose what units for each specific part of the app - in the uk we use stones and pounds for body weight but all the equipment at the gym is kg. Being able to do weight is stones and pounds and then logging workouts in kg would make life so much easier instead of having to convert everything before entering into the app.

Make PDFs printer friendly.
I like to print up my shopping list, meal plan and recipes. I would like a printer friendly, black and white version of these documents so I’m not using so much ink. For example; no images on the recipe page, no bold headers etc.

Add distance tracker when walking
Tonight when I started walking I clicked on the activity and said get started. It timed me but it did not show me the kilometres that I had walked

Exercise weight history
Everytime an exercise is programmed I can click on it and see what my reps and weights were the last times I performed it. So I can gauge where to start at that workout. Right now I have to record it separately

Sync with Nutracheck App.
I use Nutracheck as it’s much easier and quicker to navigate and more accurate with weights etc.

Have the ability to upload workouts from the app Strong.
Not sure how workouts are managed in trainerize but I’ve used the Strong app now for a couple of years and it works really well for tracking.

Have a place where you can add an alternate exercise like a hike
Using a hike or dance class instead of the prescribed cardio routine
