Details and notes!
Ability to add notes to both the daily workouts and meals while tracking! Yes you can add notes to the workouts but not until it is complete. It would be nice as you’re working out to be able to note how you felt at the end of each set. And on nutrition at the end of each day, how you felt after eating or as you track your meals. I do this in MyFitnessPal, but it would be nice to be able to do it within the app itself, and narrow things down to just One app.

Make work out screen more visually appealinh
I wish the work out screen was more visually appealing. In other apps I’ve been able to mark a check box for an exercise and it would mark the entire exercise as green/complete. I can’t do that on here and for long work outs I get lost scrolling to try to find my place.

Customise home screen headers
The option to relocate displayed menu options on the home screen . For example instead of the default when I scroll down " Things to do today , virtual classes, in-person classes, my progress , my achievements " . I would like to customise navigation to be more "personally" efficient i.e my progress (I like to log my meals first and weight) things to do today , my achievements,and virt classes/in-person classes on the bottom (or even the option to hide it as I don't book classes,lone trainer)

Editable step tracker
The syncing from other apps is not reliable and doesn’t pull across the correct data. As such I’d suggest that you make the step feature ‘editable’ so when it goes track correctly you can go in and override it

Cooked v raw weight of ingredients,
Recipes with cooked weights of (for example) rice or quinoa make servings a guesstimate. Can we please have raw weight only?

Add the ability to leave comments for your Coach as you are working out and following their prescribed workout.
Add the ability to add a note to your coach in the workout. We can speak in our comments so that we don’t have to take time to write it out.

One click to check items
It's a small thing but something that really bugs me. I wish the app would allow me to click once to check things off my list. At the moment I press the empty bullet icon, then have to press complete, then press the x to get back to my screen. Clicking the bullet icon should be enough.

Fix the cardio / treadmill options in workouts to include duration not kilos - doesn’t make sense
The cardio options often don’t include duration just kgs and reps which makes no sense

Substitution button for meal plan vs searching through the document
It would be fantastic to have accurate “substitution” options within each individualized meal plan. For instance, if I don’t feel like 140g of Chicken ******, a quick list at the touch of “substitute” would be so convenient. Pulling up the booklet and scrolling through to see what I could switch out is a bit time consuming and is honestly where I tend to fail the most

Portrait videos should occupy full screen when viewing
Some instructors have vertical/portrait content, which I actually prefer. I understand they will have black bars on either side in the preview, but once I click into it, please have it automatically detect the proportions and make them full screen.

Pre load substitutes on workouts without having to hit START
Need to have the ability to pre-load a day or week before for substitutions to my workout program. I spend so much time once I hit START trying to find options that works best for me that I find myself getting frustrated with my limited time I scheduled for my workout. I wish I could plan ahead and preload for the week so I am ready to start once I enter my home gym

Have a shopping list for the whole week at the start so easier to plan … and use leftovers I personally hate food waste and what Am I doing w 2/3 of a canned tuna ( when I have used it in one meal in a salad ? )
