Up the weight check box and assisted box
There would be two check boxes. One that sets a reminder to go up in weight the next time you do an exercise, the other would allow you to note that you had assistance on a particular set.

Enable user to customize what is on our dashboard to select/deselect the features we want to see.
Recent upgrades have added water intake to the screen. I do not need that feature and would love to hide it so that I don’t have to scroll through to see what I do want to look at.

Allow manual entries for the day to confirm macros without adding actual food or sync with other apps like cronometer
Allow the entry of a days calories and macros without adding food items and meals so if you use other apps you can just manually confirm you ate the right portions. Or allow syncing of cronometer, myfitnesspal, or other apps

Have a Rating System for Recipes
First have a way to rate the recipes someone has tried and really likes or tries and really doesn’t ever want to try again. But the ratings can be for their own personal use (keep private) or public. Thumbs up or down or one to five stars is pretty common. Second's if the rating is public, Than a why this rating should be added. This needs to be a short fill in the blank. “Tastes awful, Delicious, So Easy, Too many Ingredients, No Flavor, New Favorite.”

Consistency in Recipes
I’m noticing that your recipes have ingredients in the instructions that don’t fall in the ingredients list. For example on a smoothie bowl recipe, it talks about topping with chia seeds, but no measurement is given in the ingredient list for these. Several recipes are like this. Also, use consistent measurements. How many g, oz, c of potato instead of “1/2 a medium…”? I want to make sure what I’m eating is what I’m tracking.

Allow me to see two lines of food when I search. You can’t see the full titles.
Allow in the search bar to show two lines of description instead of just one because it cut the description off.
Also, allow people to scan the nutrition label and have it automatically input. The app called Lose It! has this feature and it’s amazing. Also allow me to sync with Lose It!.

Organized Workouts
It would be really nice, not just to have the workouts there, but for the price of the app, if would be incredible if some people could create their own workouts like it is right now. And for other people to take the guess work away.
To have some programs already, like where you click on the program you like the most and then you know exactly what you need to do every day.
Let's say one of the program is called middle split, then you schedule 3 times per week the workout for each day. Or another is called…2 votes -

Currently, I can only find by grams or by servings. How many slices of pizza make one serving?

Embed/upload a pdf document meal plan
Have a back up pdf meal plan users can revert to if their recipes don’t appear on the particular day or within the 7 day time frame to allow for meal prep and grab and go when the meal comes up

Clarity of what step you are on.
Highlight the excercise you are working on, auto populate the intended reps and weight (if user edits for one set, update the remaining sets automatically. Then at rest, highlight the whole set in one screen so they can adjust anything. Massage the flow of this app so less attention on the app and more on workout.

Apple Watch issue
The Apple Watch constantly closes out and only way to get the heart rate function back is starting a new workout , which than erases the calories and time in the phone app.
If the app is open on your phone, starting a workout on the watch ,it should automatically connect to the data in the phone app and sync to that, and not erase it or start a new workout .1 vote -
For items such as cherries & french fries, there should be an option to say the number eaten, not just ounces, etc.
I am not always able to weigh or measure the food so being able to say the number of items would be helpful. Also, for various sandwiches (eg cheesesteak or hamburger), there should be a listing saying "no bun" or "no bread".

I have an itech wearable watch from Walmart because not every one can get fancy. But we should all be able to track our progress. No matter what type of watch you own.

Allow meal types to be modified after logging.
Do not allow the app to determine what meal is being logged based on the time of day. My breakfast is being logged as snack because it is 11:00 am. If I don’t notice this, I am unable to correct the meal type once I click Log.

A "Treadmill" activity would be sooooo nice. With the option of determining speed, incline, and time.
There are so many different activities to choose from but no "Treadmill". Include ability to list time, incline and speed.

Be able to reset the workout count.
I’d like to be able to reset the “total workouts” at the beginning of the year so that I could see how many workouts I have logged throughout the year. Same deal with cardio activities.
