Fix Voice Memo Bugs
Pop up on how to use feature will not close. Voice memos do not send. Voice memos will not record. Only fix found so far is full phone restart.

When playing music, the app lowers volume when the in-app timer is going off. But after it lowers, it doesn’t put the music back up.
This only whappens when the app is open. If the timer comes through a notification, all good - music resumes at normal volume. If the app is open and the timer goes off, music lowers, does not go back up until I go to one of the training videos, play the video, then exit out of the training vid selection for the music to go back up.

What’s the point of assigning workout if user doesn’t know which muscle it’s emphasising on?

Attaching images to meals, imported from other apps
You'd just add an optional image attribute to your database and add an element on the frontend, next to the imported meal

Show BMR as option to view in the dashboard
We can only select caloric intake and caloric burn in the main app page, under my progress. It would be excellent if a new tile showing only the BMR.

Recommended reading list for EPP
I struggle to find the recommended reading lists. Would be good to have this list and a way to log you have completed them. Currently have to hunt through emails, What app messages and Trainerize messages.

Add create recipe to the food log
I would like to be able to create a recipe and then add it to the food log. A lot of times I make things and it's not an option in the food log so I have to add ingredients one at a time.

How to videos for weights should all be the same format, concise and to the point correct instruction. It’s weird that they are random clips
Have your trainers or hire a male and female trainer show how to perform each exercise. Record all in the same format with clear concise instruction, execution, and common mistakes (at the end). Having random you tube instructional videos with music and whatever hype the personality has is frustrating when I’m at the gym and trying to make the best use of time. If I need to watch a how to or have a refresh on form I don’t want to go through an intro of some dude and his rhetoric about his big guns! Have a set of every…

Take a photo to calculate macros for you

Create a 3rd column in the exercise section of the app to enter data on each set.
There is already 2 column boxes for reps and weight. Please create a 3rd column box to input “quick” notes. Such as RIR data. Even if there is a character limit, like 10 character limit, that is still enough for most quick data - e.g. 2RIR, or IncWtX5, or DecRpX2. Trying to log this type of tracking for each set on an end of workout notes section is too clunky and inefficient. One small adjustment will yield dividends for the clients and trainers alike, since the trainers can quickly glance at the set by set data during the client’s workout…

Personal note section & substitution option
For substitutions, have option to enter our own exercise in. Include a personal note section for yourself, not one that posts to while group. Woukd be very helpful!

ability to have different unit types between workout and body stats
Can we have the ability to log workout weights in kilos and body stat weight in pounds.
