Add favourite meals in the favourite meals tab so we can save for later rather than having to enter in ingredients on todays tab then saving
Having more flexibility with just creating a meal in "favourite meals" to save for later rather than going onto today's tab for example putting together a meal and then saving it in favourites. Will be good for meal planning in advance

Stop watch app when workout finishes
After closing out a workout on the phone app, the watch app (Apple Watch) sends a notification 20 mins later saying the workout is still going.

Manually change portion sizes
Sometimes the portion sizes change and as a result I can't hit my macros. I end up having to use a different days entry to log a correct portion size. Having the ability to manually change a portion size to hit my macros would solve this issue.

This app when used to start a workout in a class significantly drains battery and causes the phone to get extremely hot. I contacted Apple Support and they found the issue is with the app and not the iOS or phone. I loose over 50% of my battery when I start a workout in class. Very disappointed and this is a known issue as just about everyone else in class has the same problem. Which is why they stopped using the app.

Have the option for dietary differences. Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian, etc. Plus wider food alternatives made more clear.
Have the option for dietary differences. Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian, etc. Show optional alternatives to certain food groups too. For certain meats or vegetables you should show decent alternatives/equivalent options to them. If you can't have bacon and were to substitute that for let's say halal turkey "bacon" instead what would be the difference in the breakdown of micronutrients and would the amount differ etc.

Choose the equipment for workout
It would be really effective if a particular workout plan enables us to choose from different equipments that could be used for the same. For example, how a particular move or exercise could be done with kettlebell/barbell/dumbbell etc., In that way people can always choose from what they have at home / gym.

Don’t go directly to photo when trying to enter a meal.
Do no go directly to photo when entering a meal. Give the option to take a photo or scan a label instead of going directly to photo.

Play the timer when on another app
If you use another app between sets the timer doesn't go off to notify the end of the break so I have to use a separate clock app. It would be great if the end timer played when you're doing something else on the phone.

When I build a custom workout, I want to be able to save it for the future or copy it to another day.
I currently can edit any workout in the program I pay for and swap out exercises, but I cannot save that workout as a custom option or copy it to another date for future use. I would like to be able to at least copy my customizations so I can do them again without spending 30 more minutes working on swapling out exercises.

Body weight exercises for travel
For those that travel, it would be awesome to have an area that bodyweight exercises could be stored for when no dumbbells are available so that we are able to stay on track.

Be able to share meals for family or friends that have the same trainer. It would make it easier to log food.

switching start date
Being able to adjust your start date, instead of having it done automatically or switching workouts one at a time. Because my rest days would be Tuesday and Wednesday compared to everyone else’s which is generally the weekend.

Adjust scanned items
The ability to adjust scanned items. Some items scan in correctly with wrong calories or some macro information. The ability to adjust that would be great. Otherwise make them scan in correctly every time.

Track duration of workout (start/end time)
Update got rid of the feature that tracked your start/end time of each workout and I would like to bring that back please!

Audio cues adjusted/fixed
The audio alert in the first set timer is silent. When I watch a video, my music is quiet after the set alarm goes off but returns to normal if I watch a video.
