Make screen brightness go up when selecting QR Code.
When selecting the qr code button, the screen needs to go to max brightness. That allows the scanners to work almost all the time. Then when you exit qr code, it can dim back down.
Works the same as any airport scanner when you scan your boarding pass.3 votes -

For a few months it was possible to see who else was going to be taking class when booking a class. It was nice and motivating being able to see if your friends were attending the class beforehand.

Create a walkway for parking lot area east of the ticket kiosks.
Safety concern: create a safe walkway to get from east side of parking lot to gym. Presently, we have to walk around the security arms where cars are coming and going or walk through the shrubbery.

Barcode separate from premier lady for athletic
I have the membership that says you can athletix (all of them do) cause the premier lady says you an access athletix but the barcode doesn’t work. I want to access it but it sucks my membership doesnt let me enter athletix when it says I get 24/7 access at it.

You need to account for multiple people on a paid membership and give them their own number so each member of family has their own access.

I set up my account on the new app. The gym fixed our acct for my husband to have access, now his photo and name are on my account in the app. And it wouldn't give me access to the women's side. Very disappointing

Have the ability to filter search classes by specific class and specific trainer instead of just scrolling down the list of classes.

Need the Ability to Toggle Between Family Account Members in one App
Primary account holders, or even all family members, need the ability to toggle between people in their family plans. For example, many children do not have their own cell phones. Having to log out and back in each account to book each child is extremely tedious, so parents won't book their children at all or book everything under their own name. Then, it conflicts with classes the parents may want to take. Checking/scanning in is even worse. Whether the app saves login information and let's you toggle between accounts like instagram or FB or uses a drop-down menu within one…

I can multi select locations but after I exit the app the filter reset. I want to look at 3 locations at the same time each time I open the all to see where I want to go that day

You cannot click open the "TOTAL WORKOUTS" option, perhaps it should work. Or come up witn an option where you can see a monthly list of ALL your workouts, perhaps with an hourly summary as well. To know how many hours you worked out per month
