We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Notification for upcoming payments

    If you’re going to charge an “overdue” fee for a single declined payment at the top of the day that it’s due, you should probably also have an option for upcoming payments. Otherwise it seems a bit illegal.

  4. Meal Plan Ingredients Shopping List

    It would be helpful if the meal planner had an option to extract the ingredients for each meal during the week so that I can easily create a shopping list of items that I’ll need to purchase in advance.

  5. Gym hours

    Gym should be open for more hours like till 1 in the morning or 24 hours, I am paying for membership but missing most of the days to go to gym because of changing work schedule

  6. Fallon- buy the place next to and expand the gym

    You should buy the empty business space next to the Fallon location and expand the gym. It’s always so busy and crowded and you need more space for free weights.

  10. Heavy bag

    We need a heavy bag in the east Alton location , everybody wants it , there’s room , for training and drills an even if there was a class I’m pretty positive there would be a good outcome for that class filling .. PLEASE BRING IN THE HEAVY BAG

  13. Kids Center Timer

    I know we all would like to track how long our kids have been checked in to the center. But what if we were to utilize the reminders the app already sends out for classes and appointments but have it send out a 15 minute reminder when there is 15 minutes left of the 2hrs allowed time in the kids center? That way for parents that lose track of time it will pop up automatically letting them know they've got 15 minutes to finish up and head the the center to grab the little ones.   14. Send a referral to a friend through the app

    A friend asks you about the gym you go to, and your like yeah its great let me send you a referral. You go into the app and type in their phone number or email and it sends them a link to their 'special reffered' pricing and gives them the option to come in and check it out for free before signing up. If they book or sign up through the link you automatically get the points

  15. Favorite locations on app

    We used to be able to have multiple locations as our favorites, so will make it easier to select the class that you wanted to take now it has your home location as your favorite and you can’t set up additional would be nice to have multiple locations saved as favorites

  18. Text Notification of open slot in group fitness

  19. Enable to see classes available at all locations

    Right now it is only possible to see classes at the gym you signed up at. Enable the ability to check other locations for classes that are of interest. For instance I enjoy the Latin Dance Party on Sundays at the Dundas St. location and would like to see if it offered else where.

  20. Option to have barcode open automatically when opening the app

    This way you can just open the app and scan right in rather than fiddling with pushing the button. You could toggle the feature on or off.
