We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Ability to sync Samsung smart watch steps, calaries, activities, etc or ability to sync Samsung health app. I don't have Garmin, fitbit, withings etc

  6. A place to enter to alert staff to broken or not working machines or dirty bathrooms/tanning etc

    I come early and the rowing machine was not charged in womens areas and the bathroom was dirty

  7. Ability to change home gym location

    We need to be able to change home gym location to where we actually book classes. Right now I have to search and select the location EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK FOR THE CLASS at my home gym!!!! Not very effective at all.

    The app should NOT lock you in on the location where you signed up originally, especially when there are no classes offered at that location.

  8. A way to cancel my membership online

    I tried to cancel my membership in store, and was denied told to do it online. Only for it to be a longer process. There’s no function in the app the allows you to view your membership agreement or cancellation policies for your contract. So maybe an easier way to get in contact with someone or an actual function that allows this process to happen quicker than a 2-3 week response period.

  10. Extend hours of operation

    I’m sure I’m speaking for all the early birds or parents, I would like to extend the hours of operations by two hours before or after, if you cannot do 24 hr gym. The two hours makes a huge difference.

    Definitely would help any new parents out there trying to get back to working out but can’t go when your child is awake.

  11. Floor Plan/ Map

    Floor plan/map of the gym with names of machines equipment. Also add a feature where items that need repair/ maintenance can be flagged to alert staff.. thx!

  12. Personal Trainer Profiles

    Would be great if there was a way to see a little bio or description of the list of available trainers, especially when booking a PT appointment the first time, it will help people pick the right trainer for them that they think with work well with and aligns with their fitness goals.

  13. Ability to save custom workouts rather than re enter them every time

    I feel like I could keep my momentum up if I could choose from a custom/saved workout rather than rebuilding my custom workouts every session

  15. Mark some classes as Favorites

    Provide the ability to mark upcoming classes & events that you are interested in. The marked favorites could also prompt notification reminders and be tentatively added to the calendar as another way to remember.

  18. Create own workout

    Since the apps are merging, let the new app have a create your own workout feature. Not just the trainer. Since not everyone has trainers. It’s one thing I lived on the old app.

    On the booked classes it’s better to show the cancel button above the mark attented compared to having cancel button as subset on the 3 buttons On top right corner

  20. Ability to select home gym and 2 other gyms I frequent. I go to 3 gyms close to my home. Some might have a gym near home and gym near work
