30minutes on massage chair
10minutes is not enough for a recovery massage on chair and going in and out of the chair every 10minutes disrupts the massage program. And the programs are set to 30 minutes. Why not let the program finish before automatic turn off?

Renewal
Renewal one week out on banner or on card in Apple Pay with renewal month , My local gym emails my husband refuses to email me and I walk in canceled in Sept. happened last year also. Just awful. I do NOT bring a bag in hence no card to run. Renewal dates should not be relegated to me alone. Just awful

Add better seated leg curl and add T-Bar row to Lonsdale
Update gym equipment. Currently the leg curl hurts members shins and knees because of poor design, so get a different brand. Add a tbar row for more variation and selection, and more comfortable and useful option, and also so tall people or long armed people can use the back equipment

adding a weight scale machine to the gym I believe could really benefit members at our gym in Victoria
Having a reliable weight scale available would allow members to easily track their progress and stay motivated. Many of us come to the gym with goals related to fitness, health, or body composition, and being able to check our weight periodically helps us see the results of our effort.It also saves members the trouble of purchasing a personal scale or guessing progress based on how we feel, which isn’t always accurate. More rubber plates and plate storage
The bumper plates are being used on equipment that are for rubber plates. Plate storage and rubber plates would allow clients to leave the bumper plates in the olympic lifting areas. Gym was a mess this morning and simple gym etiquette needs to be reminded from staff to the clients.

24 Hour Membership
Create a 24 hour membership for Tumon since it is marketed as a “premium” gym. This membership can be more expensive to cover the overhead. I’m sure with so many productive individuals who have full schedules, they would not mind the price if the convenience is worth it.

Locations & Hours on app
Locations & Hours on the app. When locating nearby gyms on the app, it brings up the hard address instead of an actual listing. That, and Apple maps has incorrect hours for Antioch TN.
