We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Performance enhancement: reduce app crashing during work outs while synced with Apple Watch.

    App crashes and slows down phone during workouts with Apple Watch connected. Also increases battery consumption. I pretty reliably consume 20-25% of my battery in a 30 minute workout if I begin a workout from iPhone.

  3. Track meal timing for intermittent fasting

    A counting timer that you can mark when you finish the last meal of a day and will show you how much time has passed until you mark that you've just had your next meal. Essentially showing your eating window and fasting window.

    Option to add the Fitbit scale Aria or any of other Fitbit scales on the app and the tracked meals on Fitbit synced via Fitbit to the app

    Have real trainers check in with new members instead of automatic messages that aren’t from anyone in particular. I found it confusing and disappointing to get messages from someone who wasn’t real.

  8. Please add “sprints” to the cardio options

    Add “sprints” to cardio menu with duration of each sprint, rest period between, effort level (80%, 90%, max), and total number of reps.

  11. A training log

    I'd like a training log. It would be nice to have a place to enter the exercises I perform, sets, reps and weight used (if applicable). Plus, it would make it easier for trainers to be able to keep track of progress. I'd also like to have a way to export the data to a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Access or Excel, so I can make a chart to more readily see my progress. Yes, I'm a geek. Lol.

  12. Points missing if you do back to back classes or if you arrive more than an hour before class to do your own cardio workout before class

  14. Search by Class Format

    Class type is the name of the class rather than class format. That means there are too many choices. Classes should be tagged with format type, for example, "Strength", "Core Strength", and "Bootcamp" can all be "Strength" for a filtered search. They'd still have unique names, but easier to search. Often times, "Simply Yoga" "Pilates" "All Levels Yoga" would be tagged with format "Mind and Body." Some class types would have multiple tags/format types. For example, "Kickboxing" might be tagged "Cardio" and "Strength"

  17. Include virtual classes in check in history

    My employer reimburses my membership fee, but set a minimum # of visits to be eligible. If I have a busy workday, I love that we have the option for virtual classes, just would like this to show as part of my check in history.
