This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Please add a syncing option for us with Samsung watches. I lose a lot of benefits not being able to sync them with my trainer.

  2. Power Walking

    Walking in place, forward & back, side-to-side, leg lifts; along with toning the arms/legs/abs/buttocks to dance music. Perfect cardio workout for all ages and fitness levels. So long as you’re moving in place you can go at your own pace!

  3. Ingredients vs meals

    I cook a lot at home and wish there was a way to input all the ingredients for a meal (let's say a homemade pizza) and then select serving size of the entire meal. Trying to calculate total calories/macros by hand and creating a custom meal is exhausting

    The bathrooms lately have been reeking of *** and the water machines both were blinking red so I can’t get clean water when I’m there so you’re out of luck if you don’t bring your own

  5. Need favorite 2 locations saved

    I need to search/book classes at 2 locations. It was easily done with the old app. But with the new app, I have to add the second location every time, because the new app would not save my favorite locations but only always start with a single location. This is time assuming and annoying.

  6. Spin Bike(s) - WEST SEATTLE

    The west Seattle location NEED spin bikes.
    I’ve seen several recumbent exercise bike, personal not my speed. No spin bikes.
    That is absolutely necessary and much obliged if implemented.

    THE WAITLIST IF FULL! How long is the waitlist?
    If that’s the case you should add extra classes or increase the class size if space is available.
    Also, you should be able to sign up for a class 2 days in advance.

  9. Ability to connect with Timex Ironman App

    As a user I would like the ability to have the app connect and sync with the Timex iron Man r300 fitness app which tracks my cardio activities like running swimming biking and cycling.

  10. Access to freeze and unfreeze membership through the app

    The app should allow access to freeze or unfreeze your membership. You should not have to call in for something so simple. Saves customer and gym staff time.

  11. Improve class signup

    It is difficult to navigate class signup. Add sort and filter features to make it easier to find and enroll in specific classes.

    Also, remove the validation for instructor email address. As a class participant, I shouldn’t have to be concerned about the back end data. (I was unsuccessful enrolling in 2 different classes because the instructor’s email address was assigned to a different user. I guess I’ll have to sign up for those classes in the old app )

  12. Add a section where you can create your own workout routines.

    would love to have a section where you can have different workout plans saved for certain days were you plan to only workout legs, back, arms, booty, or a mix workout. Where you can log your reps and sets and track how much weight you're lifting at, and be able to checkmark when you’ve completed an exercise in your list.

  14. Occupancy Tracker

    Provide a button with the option to see the current gym capacity. Other gyms offer this to their members so they can see how many people are at thebgym and avoid going when it's too crowded.

  16. Check in to sessions after it’s over

    Usually you don’t want to spend time during the session thinking about having to check in and confirming that you attended a session shouldn’t need to be in person all the time. With other apps, they just let you note from both sides whether you attended and whether the other person attended without the time frame

  17. Alternative workouts to deal with injuries

    I suffered a shoulder injury back in June that is still healing.
    It precludes me from doing upper body workouts that stress the shoulders/upper back area.
    I would love to see alternative exercises to not strain active injuries, while still strengthening the body.

  18. Additional field

    Give us a field where I can record either the color or the strength (number of pounds) of the band I'm using for an exercise. Shouldn't have to remember for each exercise, and today there is no way to record progress.
