We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Date picker is buggy

    In the tru fit app check in history page, you have to click on the day after the day you want selected. You should be able to click on the actual day you want selected. Please fix this bug.

  3. Equipment Identification

    1-Put bar codes on each & every exercising equipment directly linked to a page or website on the “How-to-Use” located on this App.

  4. Machine Directory

    I would love to see a machine directory added to the app. Each machine could have its own page that includes:

    • The name of the machine
    • A short video or GIF demonstrating proper use
    • A visual highlighting the primary muscle groups worked
    • The machine’s location within the gym

    This feature would be especially helpful for new members, those trying unfamiliar equipment, and anyone looking to build more effective workouts. It would make the gym more accessible and help members feel more confident using the equipment correctly and safely.

  5. Add a pool and warm water in showers for every location!

    I think this location should have a pool and also i think every location should have access to warm water in the showers and not just ice cold water! I believe it will bring in more sales!

  8. Hip thrust machine

    CFX countryside Illinois needs a better hip thrust machine than the one they currently have. A smith machine that goes all the way down would be top tier as well.

  9. Pool

    Would be great to have real time traffic data available on the app for the pool as I’ve tried to swim lap several times now and each time it’s full. This is enough of an issue that I’m considering changing away from Defined

  10. Allow us to message back on the app when we get messages!!

    We get private messages from folks but unable to respond back. We dont always have time to call the gym to talk. Let alone call MULTIPLE times just to have no one answer. Especially at my local gym where they dont really have “peak” times and they just sit up there on their phones getting oaid to do nothing.

  12. The the AC lower.

    Turn the AC lower. The Selma Ca location is always so hot and musty. My elderly parents always leave fast because they can’t handle how hot it is in there.

  18. HOOKS ON BATHROOM STALL DOORS

    There’s no where for you to hang your bag in the bathroom where I notice almost all girls choose to change. Unless it’s on the dookie/*** floors.

  19. Ability to pre-schedule posts in communities

    I have a membership community inside the app. I would love to be able to schedule the monthly posts in advance so messages and education are automatically posted and I don't need to do it and schedule it in each day.

  20. Permanent Guest Entry Barcode

    If you are bringing in the same guest each time you come, they(the guest) should be able keep their barcode for easier entry and not have to show their ID each time.
