We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Be able to link various meal tracking apps

    Be able to link up other meal tracking/calorie counting apps like noom, lose it, calorie counter, etc.

  2. Club class locations

    Could the app save the location filters (ideally all filters) in Find a Class? It's annoying to have to select the same multiple locations every time I'm looking for a class. Thanks.

  4. Add crock pot type meal tracking

    Need to be able to add a recipie as a whole & breakdown into macros. Crockpot, casseroles

  5. Find a class location improvement

    When viewing multiple Club 4 locations in “find a class” mobile app feature, the location state and number appear beneath the class, ie. TX30393. It would be easier to see the city beneath the class to take the guess work out of which TX location is offering a class I’m interested in.

  6. Log more meals

    Would rather use this to track my meals over my fitness pal since I can scan barcodes here but I hate that there are only 3 meals and a snack. I have 6 meals a day and need to be able to see the macros at each meal.

  7. Integrate with Whoop fitness app

    So many folks own and use Whoops instead of Apple Watches or Fitbits. Please add a Whoop integration!

  9. We need classes to tell us what gear is recommended for classes and not provided by the gym

    I signed up for a boxing and conditioning class and wasn’t told that I needed to bring my own gloves, expecting the gym to already have gloves for classes it would help everyone with being prepared.

  13. Cancellation

    Offer a class cancellation feature, you threaten a cancellation fee but yet you can’t cancel class so why bother signing up?

  14. Sanitise the floor

    Both in the es fitness and the group x classes, we end up putting out hands or self on the floor. The two months I’ve been there, I’ve seen the same stains and it’s gross. Let us put in a request to have the floors clean.

  17. Calendar notes

    Allow notes to be placed on calendar feature by the end user that can be viewed by the trainer for scheduling or info share with trainer.

  18. Let us know when the childcare is full!

    It would be nice to know when childcare is starting to fill up because it’s been a couple times that I’ve come or seen other parents have to experience being turned away and not able to get their workout in because of childcare. If that something that we could book in the app for a certain time slot, that would be great!

  20. Bring back VIRTUAGYM

    This new app is horrible! Virtuagym was fantastic and made me look forward to going to the gym! Whose idea was it to get rid of it. Please bring it back
