The App should have the ability to cancel of pause the membership. This app has been out way too long to have it planned to add this option since it's been planned since November 2022 over 7 months that's pretty ridiculous

It is ridiculous to even have an app that isn't letting you control your billing! This is a MUST

Moved to a location that does not have a Trevor Linden gym. Should be able to cancel my membership online

I shouldnt have to go up to the gym to do it. If not a cancel button on the app then at least let us email or call the gym to cancel

With the ability to sign up online, the ability to cancel or pause accounts should have the same capabilities. This is a gym membership not a marriage.

Due to unprecedented events, you should give your customers the option to “pause” or “cancel” their monthly subscription.
