We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Why do i have to jump through hoops to cancel? Why do I have to pay 30 bucks to cancel? And i haven't been there in over 90 days.. I pay 30 every month sometimes more..

  3. Classes Week-at-a-glance

    Access on mobile and/or web app to view classes offered at each location the entire week-at-a-glance. This would allow for planning the users week across several locations and promote variety rather than participating in the same classes every week. Reduces user scrolling through long list of classes. Easier to view and plan cardio, weights etc to achieve a well balanced week an avoid a routine of doing the same classes every week. Post a pdf of the week that some locations have at the front desk on paper. On line would be more eco-friendly and easier to update.

  4. A place to enter to alert staff to broken or not working machines or dirty bathrooms/tanning etc

    I come early and the rowing machine was not charged in womens areas and the bathroom was dirty

  7. A feature where you can select what areas of your body you want to work on and the app will tell you which equipment will be best

    It would be helpful if there was a spot in the app where I could say click that I want to loose stomach fat and it would tell me which equipment would best help me reach that goal

    Bring back free day passes for fit members who want to send them to friends/family etc. so they can try the gym before purchasing.

  10. Meal Plan Ingredients Shopping List

    It would be helpful if the meal planner had an option to extract the ingredients for each meal during the week so that I can easily create a shopping list of items that I’ll need to purchase in advance.

  12. Ability to change home gym location

    We need to be able to change home gym location to where we actually book classes. Right now I have to search and select the location EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK FOR THE CLASS at my home gym!!!! Not very effective at all.

    The app should NOT lock you in on the location where you signed up originally, especially when there are no classes offered at that location.

  13. Kids Center Timer

    I know we all would like to track how long our kids have been checked in to the center. But what if we were to utilize the reminders the app already sends out for classes and appointments but have it send out a 15 minute reminder when there is 15 minutes left of the 2hrs allowed time in the kids center? That way for parents that lose track of time it will pop up automatically letting them know they've got 15 minutes to finish up and head the the center to grab the little ones.     At the bare minimum, add a link back to the Fuzion website to make it easy to see the group class schedule.
