24 Hour Membership
Create a 24 hour membership for Tumon since it is marketed as a “premium” gym. This membership can be more expensive to cover the overhead. I’m sure with so many productive individuals who have full schedules, they would not mind the price if the convenience is worth it.

Locations & Hours on app
Locations & Hours on the app. When locating nearby gyms on the app, it brings up the hard address instead of an actual listing. That, and Apple maps has incorrect hours for Antioch TN.

A welcome or hello from class instructors
I went to my first class after signing up for the gym & honestly had no idea what to do when I got there. The instructor showed up 5 minutes late, we were expected to grab our own mats & weights but were not told what to grab. Just a very unwelcoming experience for my first class. No hello or welcome to new faces that were joining for the first time. In addition, myself & my friend did not know it was expected to wear shoes in the class as we were under the impression it was being done on…

Need duplicate machines. More butterfly machines more ab machines
We need more of the same machines. For example there’s only one ad machine. There’s two butterfly machines gym I came from had four. There’s no future machine.

Create a “suggestion box” or feedback mechanism besides customer care where we can point out equipment that is in disrepair.
There’s a lot of old equipment or thing not maintained and would be nice to tell someone without sounding like a Karen

Class scheduled to calendar
The new app does not put the class on my calendar, so even though I have checked in if it doesn’t pop up in my calendar, sometimes I don’t show up. Please change this.
