SGT classes with point system
For every 150 offer option for SGT class access.

Put equipment together by types.
Put all back equipment together, leg equipment, shoulder... I don't like searching all over the gym looking for whatever part I'm training that day.

Staff who know what they’re doing
It would be really helpful if the staff here actually knew how to use the app- since you’re a no service gym and you’re actually recommending people use your app to find workouts, it would be helpful if the front desk staff knew how to access the workouts in the app, or knew how to answer other simple questions like “how do I find my gym pass in the app” and similar. Both times I’ve asked for help the staff have told me they don’t know how to use the app. Frustrating.

Cold tub
I wish the gym had a cold tub. I’ve gone to a few other gyms in town that have them.

Schedule viewing
If I look for classes at 5:55 and there's a class at 6 I can see it. But if I check the app at 6:05 it will not show that class, and then I don't know if the studio is free or not.
Also there are some activities in the studio that are not mentioned in the app, so it's very frustrating to get to the gym and find out the room isn't available.2 votes -
Import all available data from my Fitbit and myfitnesspal apps
I began working with my fitness trainer in March. I started using a Fitbit to track tmy activity for all that time. Ii also have been logging my food with the myfitnesspal app for 150 consecutive days. I have all this data documenting my fitness journey.
I was first invited to install this app 2 months ago, 7 months into my journey. One improvement that could be is when you sync data. This app only gives one choice when you import. The only option is the last 2 weeks. I wanted to import all my available data but this app…

A anonymous suggestion tab for each location we visit.
For example suggesting signs for everyone in the locker rooms not to get naked in front of others or do not put towel in the saunas door.

Keep card available indefinitely instead of defaulting to main screen after not using the app for several minutes
I want to be able to open the app and select my card from home so I don't have to do that standing in the way of others trying to sign in. But by the time I walk to the gym, the app defaults to the main screen and I have to stand there opening the card anyway.

Basketball Court instead of Pickelball
Instead of having pickle ball courts and a second cardio area, have basketball courts, Flower Mound Location.

Make Selecting Exercises Easier
The in-app selection list leaves alot to be desired. The list is not ordered and the naming is inconsistent.
Proposed Solution, add the videos and descriptions to a web page that is sortable and searchable. After I see it there, I'd know what you named it. Then I'd select it in the app. Easy peasy.
Simple idea, low cost: Put a label on each machine with what it's named in the app. I'd go to a machine, see the name, boom find it in the app.

Expand use of QR codes on equipment
Not sure if this is in place yet, but QR codes on equipment, to do things like easily reporting damage/equipment issues, identifying equipment when tracking workouts, accessing links to quick “how to”/demo video clips, etc.

Increase the size of the waitlist
Classes that are fully booked with full waitlists end up having spaces in the end. Increase size of waitlist in order to try and prevent this.

Member rights and privacy
Gym employees (I.e., trainers, managers) should not have complete access to an existing members app. Gym employees should not be able to wipe an existing members app data and app history even if training is complete. It’s a privacy violation and existing members should have access to sign up for classes and view their training history at any time.
