An error occurred while saving the comment It looks like a lot of work has gone into making all of the different exercise videos with the verbiage… I think it would be much more professional if there were not slang… taking out words like ‘wanna’, and ‘gonna’ … And replace them with ‘want to’, and ‘going to’, for example

An error occurred while saving the comment Agree that the approximate time is not really necessary… I often give my new or returning clients a slow tempo to start out, so the time is really irrelevant. I do really like that it shows what exercise equipment is necessary. Great app!
I let my clients know that the foam rolling videos are simple reminders of the areas they should be targeting that I have personally gone over with them. Showing them the proper techniques myself. The videos could be better, but I’m glad they’re there!
