An error occurred while saving the comment It looks like a lot of work has gone into making all of the different exercise videos with the verbiage… I think it would be much more professional if there were not slang… taking out words like ‘wanna’, and ‘gonna’ … And replace them with ‘want to’, and ‘going to’, for example

An error occurred while saving the comment Perhaps there’s a way under “general “exercise for the client to write in what they did… I try to encourage my clients just to move more and to record activities like mowing the lawn, or gardening, etc.… Am I missing something? Is there a way to do this already? Again,Love the app!
I let my clients know that the foam rolling videos are simple reminders of the areas they should be targeting that I have personally gone over with them. Showing them the proper techniques myself. The videos could be better, but I’m glad they’re there!
