    Good: be able to copy a previous freestyle workout to a new date
    Better: Also be able to save it as a new workout
    Best: Trainer controls permission about if client can copy, save or both.

    Also
    * make it possible to print the workout without the description for each exercise.
    * When printing progress, make it clear where you have supersets and where not. Now there's just a list and you have no idea

    A "files" tab would be great, where you can basically upload different files for the clients to download. Using a pdf watermark where the name / email and date of the client is printed on to the file would also be epic! :)

    Average weight would be awesome! And auto calculated change between the weekly weight :)

    BTW. I think the automatic training/rest day macro based on the schedule is the BEST idea I've EVER had! Please make it happen :D

    Now that we have MFP integrated (well done btw!!) I have some feedback which I hope you take into account.

    * Manually enter the macros.
    I know MFP uses percentage unless you are a premium user, but this could be done on the Trainerize end. I don't prescribe macros by percantage and using the slider gives a jump of 20kcal on a 2000kcal diet which is way to high.

    * Prescribe training and rest day calories and macros (even more days if possible).
    Seldom do I prescribe the same calories for training and resting days, so being able to preselect which days are training days, and which are not (even better if the system automatically changes the macros based on if a workout is scheduled so that it is dynamic!)

    *Add the cool new "Body weight" and "fat percentage" graphs from the Nutrition tab on the Cliens page to the clients Dashboard :)

    I agree. Having a simple embed code is super easy to implement. We're paying for the training part of Trainerize, not the "website" part (even though that's thing for some people).

    When inserting a new exercise or substituting one, the search function for an exercise is great. Having that in the workout builder would be great. I know the name of my exercises and I could save a lot of time if I could search, click and it¨s already added!
