An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment When I put in a circuit warm up for my clients, the circuit should behave like an actual circuit. It is no different than sets and reps exercises and the point of a circuit is to behave with a start button and then go.

Reupping this because if there is the ability to have circuits within the workouts, they need to work like circuits.
