Fillable PARQ & Liability Waiver
Present a fillable PARQ and esignature liability waiver during initial client app set up. Rather than sending them as email attachments.

This will GREATLY reduce work in the sign up process.

This is such an issue I’m considering moving platforms. And that would be a HUGE task. My lawyer is very concerned about this. Please prioritize!!

Absolutely, I couldn't agree more! Implementing a fillable Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) and an e-signature liability waiver during the initial client app set up is a brilliant idea. Not only does this approach streamline the process for clients, but it also ensures greater efficiency and professionalism in handling important paperwork.
By moving away from traditional email attachments, which can be cumbersome and might get lost or overlooked, the fillable PARQ and e-signature waiver provide a seamless and convenient way for clients to provide essential information and give their consent. This not only saves time for both the clients and the business but also reduces the risk of data mishandling.
Furthermore, utilizing a fillable form and electronic signature adds an extra layer of security, assuring that the documents are accurately completed and legally binding. It reflects a commitment to embracing modern technology to enhance the overall client experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Overall, this approach demonstrates a proactive and client-centric approach, which can lead to increased client satisfaction and trust. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved, making it a smart and practical choice for any business in the health and fitness industry.

having these forms completed and signed by the client is a must before the commencement of services

This is essential and would keep me from switching to another software. Clients should easily be able to esign a waiver or any uploaded document as the’yre onboarded on the app as a new client. This should be a priority. It would help all of us business owners a ton.

Definitely needed, Imagine if all software/apps that you sign up for did not have this feature.

Yes PLEASE allow us to add our waivers to be signed by every client in the app. Could just be simply in the consultation form!?

This needs to be implemented ASAP

It is critically important that this is addressed within the app. It is literally impossible for me to follow up with every client.
I would like to see an additional check box when people sign up.
Check here for Trainerize terms of service.
Check here for waiver.

In this age of fillable PDF documents/web forms, it's asinine that I still have to manually send a client their PARQ+ form as a separate file instead of having it built into the app. Really, this should be part of the onboarding process when clients sign up.

Please allow us to add our own custom form(s) to be e-signed on sign-in! This is a huge hole in Trainerize's platform. E-signatures are legally recognized. They have been FOR YEARS.

Allow us to add our own custom waiver(s) to be signed on sign-in! Literally every gym software has this capability. Not YOUR waiver, ours. It's us that will have to go to court, so let us customize the forms we need our client to sign.
For instance, the PAR-Q isn't the form I need. I have a customized liability and customer contract, a questionaire, and then an optional physician waiver that I might load into my clients portal.
Or easier way to add our own (:

100% ... this is an essential part of onboarding!

I feel this should be an essential part of a training app as this has to be completed manually which is time consuming for myself and my clients

I 100% agree. I have to get clients to sign this with an editable PDF sent out via email. Once I get it back, I save it and upload under Attachments. This adds more work. This is an ESSENTIAL part of most trainers' intake process. Should be included in Trainerize.
