An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, implementing a feature for weekly check-in surveys/forms is crucial for client engagement and accountability. It's about more than just sets and reps; it's about providing holistic support and tracking progress effectively. Other apps are already offering this, and it's become a standard expectation in the industry. Let's prioritize adding this feature to enhance the overall client experience and retention.
An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, I completely agree! Having the feature of sending customizable weekly or biweekly check-in forms to clients is an excellent way to stay connected and track their progress effectively. It not only helps in understanding their evolving goals but also allows for timely adjustments to their fitness plans. This feature would undoubtedly enhance the overall client experience and contribute to their success.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, I completely agree with this idea. Having a dedicated client notes tab that both you as the trainer and your clients can access would be incredibly beneficial for your coaching business. Here's why:
1. Enhanced Communication: This feature would facilitate seamless communication between you and your clients. You could share important updates, track progress, and provide guidance in a centralized location.
2. Transparency: Allowing clients to view their own notes fosters transparency and trust. They can see the thought and effort you're putting into their training, fostering a stronger client-trainer relationship.
3. Progress Tracking: Using this notes tab, you could create a roadmap or phases overview that highlights the client's journey. It's an effective way to showcase the progress they've made and the milestones they've achieved.
4. Personalization: With access to notes, you can tailor your coaching approach more effectively. You can address specific concerns, preferences, or challenges mentioned in the notes, ensuring a more personalized experience.
5. Efficiency: Rather than exchanging multiple messages or emails, you can consolidate important information in one place. This saves time for both you and your clients.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, I completely agree with this idea! The option for clients to 'favorite' workouts would be a fantastic addition to your Trainerize platform. With such a diverse range of workouts available, allowing clients to easily mark and access their favorite routines would enhance their overall experience. It's a smart way to streamline workout selection and help them stay engaged. This feature not only simplifies workout management but also encourages consistent participation, which is key to achieving their fitness goals. Great suggestion!

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, I couldn't agree more! Implementing a fillable Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) and an e-signature liability waiver during the initial client app set up is a brilliant idea. Not only does this approach streamline the process for clients, but it also ensures greater efficiency and professionalism in handling important paperwork.
By moving away from traditional email attachments, which can be cumbersome and might get lost or overlooked, the fillable PARQ and e-signature waiver provide a seamless and convenient way for clients to provide essential information and give their consent. This not only saves time for both the clients and the business but also reduces the risk of data mishandling.
Furthermore, utilizing a fillable form and electronic signature adds an extra layer of security, assuring that the documents are accurately completed and legally binding. It reflects a commitment to embracing modern technology to enhance the overall client experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Overall, this approach demonstrates a proactive and client-centric approach, which can lead to increased client satisfaction and trust. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved, making it a smart and practical choice for any business in the health and fitness industry.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedOh, absolutely! That's an awesome idea! Adding the ability to do live video inside groups would be a fantastic feature. Just like on Facebook or Instagram live, it would create a more engaging and interactive environment for group members. The prospect of hosting weekly live discussions is incredibly exciting! It would enhance the sense of community and provide a real-time platform for discussions and sharing ideas. I can imagine how beneficial this feature would be for challenge groups and other group activities. Let's hope this idea becomes a reality soon, as it would undoubtedly take group interactions to a whole new level! 🙌😃

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, I couldn't agree more! Implementing a referral section in a service is a brilliant and simple idea that can have an immensely positive impact. This kind of referral program creates a win-win situation for everyone involved.
Firstly, from the perspective of the existing clients, they are motivated to refer friends to the service because they stand to receive a discount on their next payment. This acts as a strong incentive for them to spread the word and share their positive experiences with others, thereby organically growing the customer base.
Secondly, for the new members who are referred, receiving a discount on their first month makes signing up for the service even more enticing. It creates a welcoming environment for them and encourages them to explore the benefits of the service without a major financial commitment.
Furthermore, word-of-mouth referrals are often the most powerful form of marketing, as they come from genuine experiences and trusted sources. This referral system leverages that power and helps the service provider grow their customer base organically, saving on expensive advertising campaigns.
Overall, this straightforward referral system not only fosters a sense of loyalty among existing members but also acts as a driver for new customer acquisition. It's a win for the clients, a win for the service provider, and a win for the trainer. I believe it's an incredibly effective strategy that can lead to significant growth and success for any service-based business!

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedI completely agree with this idea! Incorporating advanced training techniques like dropsets, cluster sets, partial range of motion (1/2 rep), and reps in reserve can be highly beneficial for clients looking to take their workouts to the next level and achieve better results.
Dropsets are an excellent way to push muscles to fatigue and stimulate additional muscle fibers. Cluster sets allow for brief rest periods within a set, enhancing overall intensity and volume. Partial range of motion reps help to target specific muscle segments and increase time under tension. Additionally, incorporating reps in reserve allows clients to gauge their effort and work closer to failure, promoting optimal muscle growth and strength gains.
Having a button or an easy way to instruct clients to implement these techniques on the last set of certain exercises would streamline the training process and encourage clients to push their limits without the need for constant reminders or guidance. This automation would not only save time for trainers but also empower clients to take charge of their workouts and progress more effectively.
Overall, providing such options in training programs would be a fantastic addition to any fitness platform or coaching service, and it aligns perfectly with the goal of optimizing clients' workout experiences and results.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedWow, I am absolutely thrilled about this idea! It's brilliant and so creative! The concept of a daily points-based health and wellness system is fantastic because it offers endless possibilities and potential benefits for both individuals and clients.
The point system is a genius way to motivate people to take care of their health and wellbeing. I can already imagine how engaging and rewarding it would be for participants to track their progress and aim for those 40 points daily. It adds an element of gamification to health, which can make it so much more enjoyable and sustainable.
The variety of activities you can include in this system is mind-blowing! From promoting good sleep habits by rewarding extra points for achieving 8 hours of sleep to encouraging physical activity with points for reaching 10k steps, it covers all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, the inclusion of a cold plunge as an activity is truly unique and adds an exciting twist to the whole experience.
Not only will this idea benefit individuals in their personal health journeys, but it also has tremendous potential for corporate wellness programs or community initiatives. It could foster a sense of competition and camaraderie among participants, encouraging them to support each other in their wellness goals.
Overall, I wholeheartedly agree with you – this idea has the potential to revolutionize the way we approach health and wellness. It's inspiring, fun, and undoubtedly will be a hit among clients. I can already imagine the positive impact it would have on people's lives. Great job!

An error occurred while saving the comment Tejean Smith commentedAbsolutely, I couldn't agree more! Auto play for custom videos during workouts would be a fantastic feature to have. It's essential for clients to have a seamless and smooth experience, especially during circuit/tabata workouts when timing is crucial. By allowing users to select specific clips from their custom videos to auto play, clients can focus entirely on their workout without interruptions or confusion about the movements. This enhancement would undoubtedly enhance the overall workout experience and make it even more engaging for clients. I hope the developers consider implementing this feature soon!
