The problem is that there's no way to offer a free trial of less time than the billing cycle. For example, we have a 3 month membership. I want to offer a 2 wk trial, but when I put in a "valid for" of 2 weeks, it gives the whole 3 months away because the 3 month billing cycle occurs during the first 2 weeks and it applies the discount to all billing cycles that occur during the "valid for" time. This makes the feature unusable for free trials.

Same - I'm also a studio owner and I'd like to see this for both in-person and virtual group appointments. Because the trainerize video call feature doesn't have the ability to record, have group chats, share links, is limited to only 49 people, etc., we still use zoom and book the appts as in-person group appts. It's quite tedious to add 49 or more people (we have more than one trainer have an appt when there's more than 49) and will be impossible when there's many more. Self-booking because trainerize deleted the ability to put zoom links in group appts, so we have to message everyone the zoom links separately now and we can do that in bulk (would be even more work to message separately just those that signed up). Trainerize is so close to having exactly what we need....

Unless I misunderstand your suggestion, you can already do this by setting the clients' booking window. Under the Settings, Event Types tab on the web, you'll see the phrase "Set the client's booking window" in blue in the upper right-hand quadrant of the page. Click that and you can set the minimum and maximum time before the appt that clients can book, right up to the time of the event.
