Agree that body type eating is beneficial, but for highly specific situations (reference https://www.precisionnutrition.com/all-about-body-type-eating).
If we are limited by Trainerize on the amount of macro splits we can get in the app, I recommend Precision Nutrition's general recommended macro splits from their professional calculator:
Balanced ~30% protein, ~35% carbs, ~35% fats
Low carb ~30% protein, ~20% carbs, ~50% fats
Low fat ~30% protein, ~50% carbs, ~20% fats
