In some interval workouts I do 30 seconds intervals with no rest between a series of exercises, but it would be very helpful to be able to add a 5 seconds transition from one exercise to the next, for the client to have time to set up themselves, the minimum time Trainerize allows to add is 10 seconds and this is too much for transitioning.
Absolutely, I thought about that as well. I build workouts with a circuit for warm-up/mobility, then activation and finally the workout. Or other times I like to use "Skill exercises"... So yes, I'd love the idea of being able to Change the title of "superset" or "circuit".
