Ability to vary both reps and weight when making progressive traning plans
When making programs we want to be able to vary both # of reps and weigh for each sets

Ability to click and drag to reorder items on calendar day instead of deleting and readding each piece
If you have a warm up, a workout and a cool down, you should be able to rearrange them on the calendar day instead of having to delete / re-add components so they show up in the right order.

Save Partial workouts or workout blocks to be able to quick-add
It would be great to be able to save workout blocks in our templates to be able to quick-add or quick build around. It would save some time in WOB instead of having to go look for a workout that has that block in it and then delete what you don't need.

Would be great if you would ad surfing to the cardio log library. I work with surfers and now they can't ad their surf sessions.

"Find and Replace" exercise within clinets program
Client get's injured, I have to take out deadlifts and replace them with something else. Instead of going through all of the workouts in the program and switching this manually, this option would find all of the deadlifts in the program and replace them with a chosen exercise.
Also great for equipment variations. Ex. I have a master program built out with barbell squat. They don't have a barbell available. I can just go in and replace all the barbell squats with dumbbell squat.
This would save SO MUCH FREAKING TIME with workout customization.

See all clients workout comments within a master program.
Example Monday's training : all comments will appear in one place within the master program
This will allow you to see if the training session is overall too hard, easy, ect.
You can view the ratings and comments from all members overtime to improve your programs.

Allow clients to start workouts in the web app
My clients would like to start their workouts in the web app, as opposed to only being able to start them in the mobile app. They find the screen of their phones too small to see proper form. I understand that they can access their workouts and view them in the web app but not start and complete them right there.

Ability to import deactivated clients programs
It would be awesome if we could import deactivated clients programs to someone's training plan.
At the moment I need to reactivate an old client the import the program from them then deactivate the old client again.
Things would be much easier if we didn't need to do this

More options for trainers
Trainer cannot enter cycling into workout routine, only has option for “battle cycle”. I have to substitute for cycling from menu

Insert Exercise
Would be great if, during a workout, we could insert a new exercise between other exercises instead of only being able to add a new exercise at the end, then going back to move it up. So instead of just a button between exercises that reads "ADD NEW SET" it could also be "INSERT EXERCISE."

Program menu view
The master libraries workout or program menus are visually hard to navigate . Unable to widen menu to see full desciption. It would be amazing to enable a list or icon view like (windows explorer or finder).

Allow clients to input exercises that are not in there current plan
Allow clients to input exercises that are not in there current plan. Ex, they did 80 pushups on a rest day.

Allow client to input a workout when not training with me.
I have clients that only pay for 3 days a week with me. I would like for them to be able to input the workouts that they are not doing with me into their systems. This way I can see what they are doing on their days without me and be able to provide suggestions.

Ability for a trainer to present an easier/harder/alternate exercise as options
Sometimes as the trainer, I would like to specify what the alternate exercises are.
For example, the default is push up. But present them to them
Push from knees (easy), push up (default), push up (legs on a box (advanced)
Perhaps having a slider so they can select which version they're doing.
So clients can progress an exercise to a more challenging version, or regress to an easier version by themselves.
Without having to browse all the exercise for the right substitution.

Ability to log/track and search for 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, 10 rep max history for each client easily
Currently in the trainerize apk there is a history list and a running bar showing 3 rm, 5rm, max weight ever and max volume. As so, the trainee is unable to quickly check the PRs for the rep range that his/her coach prescribed for the given day.
Solution:Clicking the exercise leads to a history list with date, reps and weight, swiping left leads to a list of all rep ranges (1-15) and the records for these rep ranges.456 votes -
Products page/tab on the app for clients to go to instead of a website of checkout links to choose there own programs (sub and/or main)

So clients can be on a main nutrition program and choose different on-demand, training programs, videos, etc to stack while on that main. Currently we have to manually assign them ( a lot if you have 150 clients!) or host the links on our own website and give them a link the page....hoping they remember they have the ability to do that.

Create a side box to record feeling/modifications during exercise on training card
There are boxes to record reps and sets, but not about feelings or mofications for clients.
Example, I am doing a band exercise, I NEED to write down which color the band used was in order to remember next time.
Example 2, I am doing an exercise at a certain inclination or in a certain position, and I NEED to write down where I was or I was positioned.ATM, reps and sets box only retain numbers.

Time
I would like to be able to time a workout. If I have them do 10 push Ups, 15 squats 10 pull-ups, 10 sets. I think it would be nice to record the time and then see if they can beat it.
