Please autosave our summaries! I forget to save sometimes and have to completely rewrite them...my summaries are in depth. Rewrite-no fun
This is something I have been wishing for ever since I started. I write out summary specifically for each client's workout program. Sometimes I am scrolling down to look back over the workouts real quick and forget to push "save" in the summary before I click on something I see needs to be edited in the plan. Then I realize I completely erase my entire summary...and I haven't copied it so I have to try and rewrite what I wrote the first time. Single page dashboard of all client statuses
I really need to see the specific status of all clients from one dashboard - as in, attendance status and any in-workout comments on ONE page, instead of opening up each and every client to see their calendars and workouts for updates. I have about 25 clients that need to be attended to and it’s too much time to open each one. Thank you!!

Add an alert when clients write a note on a workout.
Add an alert so the trainer knows when the client writes notes-make it easier to access notes versus having to open workout-somehow have it visible.

Import existing program, and have app automate exercise videos matched to it.
Similar to myfitnesspal with recipes, after you put in the ingredients, myfitnesspal pal matches it to their database and asks you to review before finalizing. If we could import existing programs, and have trainerize match with heir video library and allow for review, this would be a whole new level for this platform.

Excel Uploads of workouts for mass workout template loading
It would be awesome if there was a way to upload workout templates via an excel template. It would also be awesome to export workouts as well!

Add a search bar to allow finding a workout quickly to add to clients calendar
It would be great if there was a search bar added to make the process of adding a workout to a client's calendar faster. At the moment we have to scroll through all the workouts created to find the one we want to add.

add the ability to include fitness classes in a client's program
It would be great to be able to work a client's fitness class schedule into their plan, even if the class isn't with me. Ideally, this would include the ability to add a class as a Workout, and customize the location of the class-like if you want them to attend a certain studio, or to have the address of their class come up for direction purposes when its time for class. Since all studios are not on mindbody, having this option gives individual studios the opportunity to use their app to monitor client class accountability as well.

Autosave workouts.
Clients track their workouts and complete them but unless they save them all the information is lost. So it would be good if it saved if they exited the programme or it timed out. Might be a pain with connection if it constantly saved. There is an edit function just surprised there is no autosave

Previous Workout info
I'd like to see the workout display the results of the previous workouts set and weight. I feel this will help the client be motivated and also be more convenient for them as they will know where they left off.

Create Program Templates
We should be able to create programs as templates then load to a client. It’s a very long process when you have to do programs for more than 6 people per week. The ability to do a 6 week basic program will also aid new starters in the gym.

Option to change exercises when scheduling progressions
We need the option to change exercises when scheduling progressions, and not just the set and rep targets. Right now, we have to rebuild the workout when it is time to advance from one exercise to another (progressing from incline pushups to floor pushups for instance). If we were able to schedule out those changes so that we could make progressions with incrementally different exercises instead of just sets and reps, it would save a TON of time.

Ability export calorie data and weight to Excel
This allows trainers to be able to compare weight stats to caloric intake and adjust caloric needs accurately.
This will allow us to obtain weekly averages.

Improve Program functionality for Copying to, or copying from
- Ability to copy workouts to multiple Programs at once, i.e. in order to update or add a workout to all plans
- Ability to Copy from a Program to a client from within client view - i.e. where it says “this client doesn’t have a program, add one” then below that there’s a link to copy to, but only from workout templates.
- Ability to Copy from a Program to client(s) from the general client list ‘copy to/from’ window (again, currently the only 'from' options are clients or workout templates).

Ability to save programs developed by trainers.
Currently there is no way to save or archive programs developed by personal trainers. If a program that is developed by a trainer and is deleted by mistake and/or in haste, it is permanently deleted. There is no archive or method to insure that what is deleted is intentional.

Make the workout builder window a fullscreen window.
Workout builder should be a full screen window. It would allow for more features to be available for building the workout but I also like to be able to see the entirety of a workout that I'm building. However, it's all crammed into this tiny window, which also doesn't always format well, depending on what browser you're using.

Make it easier to change the start date of a program.
Currently, if you want to change the start date of a program, you have to remove the participants, change the start date, then resubscribe the participants. It would be nice to be able to change the start date without having to remove anyone.
