This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add “Push” as wheelchair cardio option to match the Apple Watch feature

    I train all wheelchair users and they are requesting to be able to do a wheelchair push for their cardi option (an adapted walk or run for wheelchair user). Now that Trainerize is syncing to the Apple Watch, my clients would like to take advantage of the wheelchair features with the Watch and Trainerize.

  2. Integrate Calm app into Trainerize

    Encouraging clients to mediate daily and keep track of mindful minutes will greatly improve client's focus, performance, and help them de-stress from the day to day activities from work, school, kids, life.

  3. Make PAR-Q & Waiver process automatic so that PDFs are not being sent back and forth.

    Clients having to download PDF versions of the PAR-Q and Waivers is inefficient. They are not likely to actually download, print off, and scan these documents back. It would be AWESOME to make this forms similar to the consultation form- something they have to fill out as a part of their sign up process.

  6. Calorie expenditure instead of just intake

    Clients can integrate FitBit, Withings, Apple Watch, apple health, google health, MyFitnessPal, etc. so why can they only track calorie intake on Trainerize? The other apps can already track the output so it would be nice for it to transfer to trainerize so we can see the expenditure of at least a workout. It would be great to see workout, daily, and weekly totals.

  19. Mute notification sound on desktop

    I have to mute the tab on my desktop which works but it’d be nice if there was the option to just turn off the messaging sound for client messages in my desktop so I could still hear videos they’re sending without anything else I’m doing constantly interrupted by message dings
