Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Aggregate BMI reports based on all clients or a cohort

    Ability to show a global change in BMI based on a group of clients, or a cohort, so we can demonstrate progress to our corporate wellness clients.

  2. More Flexibility in Reporting Volume/Load based on bands

    Load can be more than just #. For instance Micro vs Mini Band, Light vs. Medium Loop, Bodyweight, Etc.

    Most bands have an equivalent weight resistance. Please use that instead to calculate load.

  3. In an Interval type workout, being able to enter the amount of reps performed during the REST

    Currently, in order to document and report the amount of reps during an Interval rate I can only do it after the workout is done, and who can remember while putting it all out. The documentation is important to see improvement from workout to workout.
    It'll make it easier to report if during the REST part of the interval workout you can enter the amount of reps.

  5. Shorter Graph Periods

    Current graph comes down to 3 months. How about shorter time frame as well. Ability show graph for data as low as one week would be nice.

    Sometimes i receive old photos from clients for a past condition, when i upload to platform it shows current date and cannot edit

  8. upload photos

    I get so much feedback that the app is incredible EXCEPT for the photos part. we get members to upload photos of their measurements (chest, waist, hips) and scales as proof. But theres no place to do this also they can only upload 3 photos per day as well which we ask them to space them out throughtout the week (not ideal)

  9. Body stats

    I’d like to be able to select what stats I track ie.
    body weight, body fat %, muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat, water weight, waist. Then also have all the progress stats come up on the one screen. This was my absolute favourite thing about EverFit App. It’s the only thing they are well ahead of you. (Definitely need to be able to enter muscle mass and water weight).

  10. Track Custom Metrics

    I'm not sure why this doesn't exist, as this is the only app I've tested that doesn't allow you to create your own "metric" to track and graph (which is unfortunate, because this is one of my favorite apps that I've tested overall!) Most will allow you to create and name a metric and even allow you to customize the unit if it doesn't already exist. For example, you can currently track things like sleep, steps, etc. I'd also like to track daily overall stress levels, simply on a scale of 1-10, among other things.

  11. Compare progress photos on desktop

    Compare progress photos side by side on the desktop not just an iPhone. This is crucial and i don't know how its not already a feature.

  12. Change the template for progress photos - Full length photo template

    To be able to have a full length template photo instead of a cropped one. We need to be able to see the legs and full body when comparing progress.

    Automated calorie counting messages - Send out daily messages to clients to meet their calorie intakes and macro percentages, reward them for meeting their goals / give them constructive criticism on how to meet their goals for the next day

  14. See clients specific personal bests set on each workout.

    We are notified of client personal bests, but we do not see the specifics of the personal best when training remotely. It would be nice if the trainer can see the workout completion screen that the client sees showing the details on which exercises had new personal bests set. This would allow the trainer to more accurately provide feedback on workouts completed.

  15. Post Workout Questionnaire

    I would like the ability to create custom questionnaires that follow a workout. Along with this should come the ability to run a report filtered by client and the type of questionnaire, as well as the type of report generated. Ex: line graphs, tables, bar graphs...

  16. Monthly or weekly progress document for each individual client?

    Imagine compiling a client's data (sleep, steps, nutrition compliance, etc) generating a beautiful PDF with all the graphs etc with the click of a button.. interpreting their results and their improvements/downfalls from the previous week/month.

  17. Allow the coach download a data set from several members in one go to one file.

    Every week I have to click into member profiles individually to get weigh in data, nutrition data etc. If I could select the clients and the data set I wanted to download it would save massive time and would be nice to see it all in one file!

  18. Ability to Mass Export Workout/Exercise Progress and/or Have a Progress Section Comparing Client Progress for Programs/Exercises

    It would be great to be able to chart and see multiple client progress for workouts/exercises all in one place.

    This could be built into the Progress section, into a master program, or allow mass exporting of workout/exercise/program progress for multiple clients at once.

  19. bioelectrical impedance

    Create in the progress menu, something to register client's Bioelectrical impedance analysis values. General and by segments. it is common in person coaching to have such an assessment and there is no place to record these values. this way the client can track his progress too

  20. Copying Client Programs copies the progression spreadsheet as well.

    Currently, when you map out several days in the calendar you can edit those days in a progression spreadsheet. However, if you try to copy that program over to another client it only copies the "Workout Builder" portion and not the calendar changes.

    Proposed change

    • Master Programs if "scheduled" copies to clients program. That way if you periodize 6 weeks, you don't have to re-type every change for every client on every exercise.

    • Client programs if "scheduled" copy over changes made to the "progression spreadsheet". The master workouts tab doesn't allow for planned periodization and often forces me to write…
