This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Virtual group Fitness class booking + recorded library

    Fitness classes and on demand library of recorded classes are a must!

    I’m a fitness instructor and nutritionist, not really a personal trainer. I would love everything I offer for my client to live in my Tranerize app, but you’re missing the fitness class and on-demand library of workout classes!

    I currently have to use a separate software embedded in my website for my clients to sign up for my live zoom classes. The software lets them purchase class packs/subscription, view schedule and reserve spot, sends out email confirmation with zoom link for class (I do use zoom to host),…

  2. Clients should be able to video record their exercise and send to trainer.

    Online clients should be able to video record their set and send to the trainer in case they have any query.

  4. Exercise video demos with proper form

    We need re-recorded exercise video demos in the exercise library. The trainer in the trainerize videos has TERRIBLE form and it’s almost pointless to have the trainerize video library. We really need better demo videos with solid cues, explanations and proper exercise form. We need to be teaching clients proper form to keep them safe and have effective workouts.

  5. Customizable time lengths for scheduled video coaching not just 15, 30 and 60 min.

    I'd like to offer 20 min check ins for those that need it. Having the ability to customize the times would be fantastic.

  6. Clients should be able to acces on demand library on web too

    Right now the clients see only a thumbnail if they want to acces a workout in on demand library on web, but would be very helpful to be able to acces on any device they want

  7. Speed up video workout uploads

    Compared to uploading to Vimeo or YouTube, uploading to Trainerize is much slower. There should be a way to make this faster.

  10. Ability to post Educational 10min-1hr videos (Skool.com is a rising competitor)

    We have to be able to post longer videos so that we can teach lessons to our clients

  11. Record Video Calls and choose which participant is full screen in Multiple people calls

    We need the ability to record the video training sessions with clients and have it appear automatically in their customer page. During the Duo partner calls the trainer also should be able to select which participant is full screen and be able to switch between them. Trainer should have control over what camera is full screen.

  14. Video Sharing

    My clients all live in different time-zones so we can't always video chat. Give the ability for clients to record themselves and send it to us to view and then for us to be able to record a video and send it back. This helps be able to give weekly feedback and form checks without having to be up at crazy hours for a check.

  15. Adding the option to add more time to video meetings

    In the video meeting, I’d like to see about having the option to add more time if we’re running out of time, but need more time, instead of being cut off and then having to reconnect. Maybe by 10-minute increments

  17. Have Video Calls mark members attended

    There is no good visibility into class roster while on video call of who actually attended . Would like the members to be automatically marked as attended once joining the video call.

  20. record virtual class

    We badly need the ability to record the virtual classes so that people can catch them on-demand afterwards. Recording using a different device is a real headache and takes too long to process/upload!
