This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

When does an idea get picked up?

The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups, complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

Habit functionality

We have our Clients use an app called HabitShare and they all prefer that to the habit function you have.
They want to be able to check off multiple habits at one time, they do not want to see the thumbs up each time, as they have 7 habits to do every day it gets to be a lot for them. They are: Sleeping, eating on plan, meditating, getting in movement, hydrating. For example, so they can do multiple of these things at once and they would like to be able to more quickly mark that on their trackers as such.

Maybe even just removing the thumbs up or giving us as trainers to be able to do that would be great.

New app ui/ux

The app needs a redesign with a more modern ui/ux that is much nicer to use and doesn't look so old, I'm a programmer and I understand that this task is monumental, but sooner or later it has to be done, in 5 years the app won't it should look the same as it does now, you should constantly improve your design and user experience, what I recommend is to hire a team of very talented ui/ux designers to carry out this task, together with frontend developers trained to execute the new redesign of the app, I am sure that a radical change in the design of the app will cause great joy in the clients since it will be much more pleasant to use, I recommend hiring a world-class designer like Malewicz, I am sure that this will contribute a lot to the perception of value that people who use the application have

Respect user capitalization

As a user of the app, I would like to be able to use whatever capitalization for my name that I'd like, rather than having the app force capital letters. I intentionally lower-case my name, and it is annoying to have to mispell my name in order to use this app.

Modules/E-learn for clients

I often work with individuals who have specific, but recurring questions and I often have to repeat my answers.

To save time, it would be good to have a feature that allows me to write a “blog” post/E-learn resource that I can assign to specific clients (or all clients) to answer questions.

For example, I will often get people coming to me with “knee pain” and wanting “exercises to help their knees”. So a module example/E-learn resource could be on “The benefits of backwards walking” or “ATG Split squat” “Sled Pulls” etc etc.

Provides opportunities for education and buy-in to the exercises assigned to their programme.

I know trainerize is trying to get away from browser logging, but many of my clients use the browser version, and the way we have our programs set up, they have the flexibility to schedule their own sessions. It's tedious for them to do it on mobile. Would also be great to have the ability to print their calendar.
