Custom logo on the personal best/achievement screen
When my clients share their personal best, I’d love for people to able to see my brand. We pay a lot of money for these features and this update would add a very nice touch.

The feature to upload our own check in form & /or the ability to include a link to our check in form in the auto messages in the calendar . currntly we can only include it in a group message or individual message but can't link the form when we schedule it in the calendar

Welcome screen for customized apps
The welcome picture that pops up when clients open the customized app only stays up for a second. Its hard to even see what it is. Kind of pointless if my clients cant fully see it. Would be helpful to get that fixed so that it stays up for at least a couple seconds so you can fully see what it even is and says.

Yellow
Could I check after the design refresh if the yellow is an accessible colour? In some areas of the app it is much harder for me to read what it is i.e nav bar. I’m relying on muscle memory or the label but in cases like the nav both the label and icon is in a yellow

Custom App Splash Screen
It’s been over five years since this issue was first raised, and we’re still sitting here with no meaningful response.
Every custom app owner has spent a considerable amount of time and effort crafting what they want on their splash screen. Yet it remains visible for barely half a second when we or our clients log in. That completely defeats the purpose. It’s a basic expectation of having a branded app that we’ve paid good money for.
On top of that, even after naming our app, it still downloads as “Fitness App”. That’s not exactly the best way to show…

Being able to add more exercises or sets to a session that's already started
Have a look at Trainfitness.ai app, it's great, counts your reps for you and you can chsnge/add exercises to an a meat started session.

Allow a name change more than once!
I've been a customer for 12 years but have changed my business name (once) to include a subsidiary business which has now closed. I feel I should be able to re-instate my former business name on the URL but am constantly told this is not possible. Are you really telling me a tech company does not have the capacity to make a name change? Businesses grow and change throughout their lifespan, why can't you accommodate for such??

Remove the 4.22mins long 'Watch getting started video' from customized branded app
Replace or remove the default 'watch getting started video' shown to new clients when logging in. It pops up after the few seconds 'welcome video' when a new client joins and is nearly 4.30mins long!!
This current Trainerize video doesn’t reflect my customised brand or onboarding process. Being able to upload a custom welcome video would help create a more personal experience from the start, especially when paying for it to be personalized.

I have the upgraded customized app for my members. But I’ve always been disappointed that we’re not able to have our logo and branding colors throughout the app, especially for celebrating the end of a workout.

Adjust the Notification Period for Customers
Customers should be able to select a different time each day to receive their habit reminders. My customer has already begun work and eaten before it goes off at 10:00 a.m., so he doesn't have a reminder to weigh in.
Additionally, the earliest communications can only be delivered at 5:00 a.m. through the automated system. At four in the morning, my client would like the mails despatched. Neither the behavior notifications nor the automated messages offered any method to prompt my client to undertake weigh-ins at specific intervals. Make Printing Of Programs Look Better ( remove Play button + Add Business logo to printout)
Please make the printout of a program look better. Currently, the big Play arrow covers half the photo, and our business logo does not appear. Some people prefer printouts.

Get help when the app does not work
Ability to get LIVE help on a call / live chat when the app breaks. For over 3 weeks, the issue hasn't been resolved, and they only respond via email—no live support. Given the price, it's frustrating that they won't offer a refund or proper assistance.
