We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Ability to mass switch clients to in-app meal tracker

    How do I enable all my clients in a certain program or mindbody contract or group to use the full meal tracking in-app beta? It's not one at a time is it?

    Can we mass select a bunch of clients and switch their meal tracker?

  4. Ability to invite unlimited non-digital coaching clients to make appointments and take payments without taking up an active client seat.

    I have to reactive someone’s account and set up a subscription right now. I wish I could just let people book appointments and make payments without taking a digital coaching seat. Something like a "lite" client account.

  6. Ability to turn on or off voice cues in Interval looping workout

    The ability to turn off the voice cues in interval looping workout.
    In addition to the new interval looping feature, having the ability to turn off voice cues for clients who are training in person or in quiet environments.

    Be able to sign clients up for multiple programs. They could keep their individual program and be subscribed to other mobility programs or challenge programs.

  9. Link to external Resource Storage (pdf, e-books, recipe guides.)

    I would love a place to store external resources for my clients such as an ebook or presentation to demonstrate a point for a phase or principle in the program.

    Or recipe guides or quick start guides for my clients.

  10. Keep the music playing during HIIT workouts

    During an interval workout, the music stops playing on devices anytime the counter interrupts the workout. It’s really annoying to have your music stop every 15-20 seconds.

  12. Be able to record video workouts (an entire PT session, sequence of workouts)

    Being able to film a video of a PT session, class, sequence of warm-ups/cool down stretches that a client can follow along with.

 This was added in Novemeber 2020’s release. Video workouts you’ve uploaded into Trainerize can now be cast to a Google googlecast or Android/Google TV.

  19. Ability for clients to take video calls on the web app

    So I did my first live workout with a client last night using the new built video call feature. Is there a way for them to access this on the computer?

    Bottom line they are older. Would like the use of a bigger screen so would prefer to use the computer.

  20. Ability to prescribe a habit to a group instead of needing to do one person at a time

    So far, you can only prescribe a habit to one person at a time. I would like to be able to assign a habit to the entire group, and be able to filter client list by habit compliance...
