Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    A section in the client app for them to see past files that have been uploaded to them.. For example if I have a client that gets a new meal plan once a month. I'd like to upload the new plan but keep the old one for them to have.

    I believe this addition could be a real game-changer and would fit perfectly alongside all the other great elements already built into the app.

    The idea is to add an extra tab (similar in style to the current workout tabs like the kettlebell, knife, and book icons) — this new tab could represent a “Learning Hub.”

  16. Disable sign in prompts

    I wpuld love to be able to disable the many prompts that come up after signing in. I have to sign in and out of two accounts often and it's annoying to have to click through all the prompts everytime I log in again. Prompts are very helpful when learning the app but should be able to be disabled. Thank you for your consideration!

  19. Add more tanning beds and Hydromassage

    With a gym of this size, there needs to be many more tanning beds than there are. It would also be nice to have more cryotherapy and hydromassage beds since I am paying the extra money for them. I’ve seen smaller gyms have more tanning beds!

    Yes, you can take the McDVoice survey more than once, but there are some limitations. Each receipt with a valid survey code allows one entry. If you want to take the survey again, you’ll need a new receipt with a different code. McDonald's values customer feedback and encourages multiple entries to improve service. However, there's a limit to how many times a person can enter in a specific period. Be sure to follow the rules stated on mcdvoice.com survey to ensure your feedback is accepted.
