Logging resistance exercise Bands, using their Color or Type
When training with Exercise bands, we need the ability to log them.
We need to be able to log them, by the 2 main indicators used with bands, which are: COLOR (such as Red, Green, Black, Purple, etc) and Light/Medium/Heavy/XtraHeavy

Current with banded exercises, my clients cannot type in which weight they've used. Considering bands come in different strength levels, and some with different weights, this would be a great feature to help them remember where they left off with their banded exercises.

Some bands have weight associated with them and some don't (just colors or light, medium, heavy). It would be nice to on band exercises to allow the client to enter numbers or letter. when recording. So many people are using bands now, especially since covid!

An absolute MUST feature, should be easy to implement and should be done soon! Just make it so that you can add text rather than just numbers

One of my clients just purchased a very heavy duty set of resistance bands and he wants to track the labeled "weights" so he can keep progressing. Please update the resistance bands exercises so it is something other than "endurance".

Can you please re-code resistance band exercises as Strength vs. Endurance so that clients have the option of inputting weight/resistance used? (either color or weight, as some bands indicate #).

I would love a way for clients to track their band resistance for all banded exercises they do. I use a lot of progressions & having this option would be so helpful for tracking purposes! Thanks

To follow up on this, adding the resistance for each band- with so many clients STILL training from home and utilizing resistance bands tracking which resistance they use for the bands is crucial!

With all the weighted exercises it is possible to track the weights. With any banded exercises I would like to see something similar. A resistance level or even a blank space where clients can track their levels.

There needs to be additional notes for each set within a workout. I often change the tempo and add in isometric holds for each set, but all I can do is track the number of reps and weight. I understand that you can type in the "target" for each exercise, but I train clients in-person as well so I need more functionality. We also use bands and I would like to track which bands I used within the actual workout. I've seen plenty of posts about everything I'm explaining, and it seems like a simple fix. Really upset that it hasn't been done yet, but we are getting all these other features that I personally don't use.

It would be grate... for now I use 1,2, 3, 4, and 5 instead of colours!

instead of just having an area to enter reps, it would be convenient to be able to add a band color or lb assistance.
It would also be great to have a rep count for both left and right, especially for alternating exercises.

Add an option to track band resistance (ie. light, med, heavy) under the "Type" category within a single exercise. A lot of my at home clients have only bands at home and I still want them to keep track of which resistance they are using so that over time they can progress to a heavier band.

I’d like to be able to use text for the weight used. For example if I am using a band to specify the color or signify body weight

Definitely great idea. expanding on that, can we have option to put weight in either lbs or kgs. I work a lot with kb's and conversion kills. Also would be great to separate per arm tension in bilateral isolations like db work, or cable. Similarly number of reps broken down if unilateral exercise like woodchips, sa db press etc.

It would be nice to be able to track progress with bands. Red -light can progress to black- med resistance.

Yes!! Love this idea!!

Love it. Give them the option to add notes to the exercise instead of just the workout. That might help too.

Due to using resistance bands I would like the lbs. input box to accept letters as well as numbers, so I can enter the color of band.
