Make it possible to list alternatives to exercises within each workout builder.
Example: Barbell Front Squat OR Dumbbell Front Squat (same reps may still apply, helps clients with limited equipment to have fewer questions)

Yes, this is a good idea. I had it in other app. I can choose an alternative exercise for the client that i think will work the same or be of a different level.
I know the client can choose other exercises in there workouts. But we are the experts, we should be able to setup an alternative exercise in our own workout builder.

Yes! love this idea. Giving the client the option to substitute based on exercises chosen / suggested by trainer within the workout itself. There's an app I use for my own training that allows me to tap an exercise within a workout to substitute and gives a list of 5-6 exercises I can swap with that work the same muscle group or opt for low-impact options in a circuit if I'd like. Great suggestion!

Yes, this had been great. Now I have to automate an message on the day of the workout with a link to my YouTube library for alternative exercises.
Oh that day I can program pull-up knowing that there is a link inside that exercise to ring rows for those who can't do pull-ups! -

Is this still not a thing?

Yes! I often have clients who need to adapt because of an injury, or have waited for a specific machine/squat rack rather than continue working out. This would be so helpful.

We could list regressions or progressions of an exercise so that a client can increase or decrease the difficulty of an exercise.
Great idea!
