Allow Clients to Design and Save Freestyle Workouts
A lot of our programming is accessory work for clients who have existing programs. I want them to be able to use the app and store their progress.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for coming to the idea forum and adding your vote to this idea.
We’re keeping this set to ‘Not Right Now’, as this isn’t something we have any immediate plans to implement since Trainerize is primarily a trainer driven platform. We don’t want to complicate the client experience. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
If we do have any new information to share, rest assured we’ll check back in here with a new status. We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

I also want to see this feature. I want my clients to have access to my custom exercise library in order to build their own freestyle workouts. If they aren't learning how to make their own workouts, I'm not doing my job as a trainer! I love my clients that train for life, but goodbye is the goal for most clients. My clients shouldn't need me to make their workouts forever.
That being said, I'd like them to still be able to use the same platform they're already used to for tracking their workouts. And then, if they have a question, they are still able to easily contact me for advice through the messaging feature.Clients that do their own program design would just pay their trainer a minimal monthly subscription fee to have access to the platform and their trainer's knowledge, but they need to be able to build workouts in the app to make it worthwhile!

This feature would allow me to use this app for nutrition only clients. In adjusting their nutrition, it would be useful to see what workouts they're doing. My clients having to re-enter this information is not viable option.

Yes 100% need this. Let’s say a client see a physio or rehab specialist and they give them some exercises to do. Clients should be able to schedule this in themselves, saving trainers time.

I believe it would be a great asset to have for trainers and gyms. As I personally want this feature to offer clients as part of a membership. Even though they may not want personal training, having a place to track all their workouts, meals, progress, and an endless amount of workouts to choose from to build workouts, would be huge for any gym. I think it would be a great way to build a good in gym community as well by creating groups on the app and having people join and help push and motivate each other. Meet new people as well. I believe this sort of gym infrastructure is going to be the way of the future for all gyms in the next couple of years.

I agree! Sometimes equipment is being used at the gym or they’re still sore from the day before and the workout needs to be modified. It’d be great to save it as a reference for later!

Yes! Clients should be able to build and use their own templates. Would be a great feature for month-to-month subscriptions.

There should be a way to save a freestyle workout after creating it!
