Ability to save auto or manual messages into master message templates for later use
Be able to create master templates so I don't need to retype each time. I can just click the message.

A place to keep notes on clients as well as to keep messages we'd like to use over and over in the messaging section, not to be sent automatically but that we can go in and choose which ones we want without having to type things over and over.
Something that can be organized into different sections! Like on an iPhone notes section.
Examples: Messaging Templets and Notes to remember about specific clients. -
save auto-messages for future use

Have a place to keep your Automatic messaging templates so you don't have to copy and paste from another program or type on up each time.
-
view list of previously created auto messages

Msg templates (like w/o's) to drag drop or add into the training programs calendar so we can build automatic communication throughout.
This will enable us to give daily, weekly or monthly support without having to write out the messages every time.
The message templates could also be weekly check ins with a some questions to ask the client
Further to this at the end of a phase, training plan or program the client could be asked for a testimonial or give feedback on their journey

This would be perfect to set for re-occuring check in messages. Currently you can only schedule it in for 4 months. This means i have to set a reminder to set another custom message (that i have to re-write) and then apply for another 4 months.

Please allow this feature asap this way we will be able to set timed messages to all clients or only to selected clients for nutrition compliance, hydration, new habits etc....
alternatively if this feature cant be implemented at least allow to save auto messages templates so that we can reuse them for other clients

Yes and allowing the customized messages to be categorized for individual needs, as well as, nutritional and motivational categorization etc. We can customize it how we need and have already some templates already available.
I think the system should allow us to make these messages have the option for the client to opt in to express how many messages they feel are appropriate. Time of day delivery is important. Not having to HTML code to create messages would make it user friendly on our end with a simple text editor implemented . -

A section to create you're own auto message, which can be added to the clients calendar for all clients.
For example, i want to add a message to the calendar reminding clients to check in each week.
If there was a section i could write the message, then select that message from the auto message option on the add feature of the calendar. I could then use the repeat option to add it to the length of that program.
This would save me writing the same message each time i want to add this to each clients program.

I send weekly tips to my clients via the auto comments (every Wednesday).
I would like to import the comments/tips between clients without completely importing the entire training plan. This is particularly convenient two clients have completely different fitness levels (beginner vs. advanced).

This would be a good option so that a certain subset of motivational messages can be sent between different groups of clients (Weight Loss vs. Bodybuilding, etc)

Is there away we can save a group message without having type each client every time?
For instance: Mom Bootcamp List; General Client List etc

Great comment guys. We are looking into this.

There needs to be a way that when you create a workout template and you want to send it to be able to view all of your clients and then check the clients that you want to send the template to. At the moment I have to remember or write down all of the clients that I want to send a specific template to. then once I have sent the template to some of them, there is no way to know who I have sent the template to unless I switch into their profile or look at my recent activity.

Currently, I have to type in each client individually. Sometimes I want to send out announcements to all clients. Sometimes I create a workout that I'd like to send to all clients.
