    Allow a note section for each exercise that is put into a workout. This would be great to teach the client what to feel/look for in the exercise or to add variety such as 1/4 reps.

  8. Options to add in giant sets, compound sets and drop sets. Currently only option on training program is to add super sets.

    Have a place to keep your Automatic messaging templates so you don't have to copy and paste from another program or type on up each time.
