Have different daily macro goals for different days or workout / non-workout days for carb cycling
I do a lot of competition prep and within prepping meal plans. It would be great to set up different macro and calorie intake goals for different days out of the week. Because it would allow my clients to fully understand carb cycling. For now I have uploaded a pdf version of the meal plan showing that but would be great if that can be adjusted as well when it comes to programming it within your platform.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We've added this to our work queue/raodmap. We'll post further updates here as our teams pick it up to work on it.
Please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

I think this is a crucial addition to the tracker. Very much needed.

Can't believe this has been ignored completely. No status applied to it at all either.
It's actually fundamental to setting macro targets. Also, if you want to change macros from a certain date you have to set reminders for yourself to do so on the day.
It's quite a basic but important feature

Allow nutrition targets to be set different for each day of the week. Most of my clients prefer less calories MON-FRI and more calories at the weekend. Sometimes training days require more calories than non-training days. Currently theres only the option to have calories same all week. This makes it harder for them to stay on track.

I don’t understand how this is still not even being responded too

This is CRITICAL and should have been implemented years ago when the suggestion was posted... Trainerize currently has the ability to set single day calorie/macronutrient goals and the solution is as simple as implementing the workout/habit scheduling system that's already been integrated into the software.

Will this ever get done? With the amount of votes would think this is escalated in the work queue.

AGREED! I have clients who do less calories on weekdays, more on weekends. nd clients who eat more on training days and less on non training days. being able to have different calories on different days of the week would be very helpful!

Is there an update on this as a feature. Having to manually add them in the calendar is messy and slow

The ability to schedule a bump or drop in calories on a specific day. I do re-feeds on the weekends with several clients; so, it would be awesome to be able to go into their calendar and schedule a day for calories to increase/decrease.

This is very important because calorie intake depends on physical activity. I usually adjust my client caloric intake based on training days or rest days .

Looking for this feature! I really would prefer to have my clients use the in app food tracking, however in MFP they can set each days macros and pre-log all meals for the day. These are 2 things the in app is lacking...

Why hasn’t this been added

Training day vs non -training day nutrition goals. This is essential for optimizing for clients needs, and it’s not realistic to change the goals every time they have an off day!!!!

Being able to prescribe training day macros and rest day macros to a client would be ideal. Also being able to add daily nutrition goals and habits to the overall program would be awesome. Thanks.

Insane that this still hasn't been added.

It would be great to bee able to generate meal plans for both higher and lower calorie days for the clients you are modulating their food around training day / non-training day.
