Have different daily macro goals for different days or workout / non-workout days for carb cycling
I do a lot of competition prep and within prepping meal plans. It would be great to set up different macro and calorie intake goals for different days out of the week. Because it would allow my clients to fully understand carb cycling. For now I have uploaded a pdf version of the meal plan showing that but would be great if that can be adjusted as well when it comes to programming it within your platform.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We've added this to our work queue/raodmap. We'll post further updates here as our teams pick it up to work on it.
Please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

We can put a general calorie or macro goal for our clients but if clients have different calorie and macro goals depending on the day it would be nice to be able to enter in what days they need to have set goals. Example: for carb cycling

so the macro by percentage and grams is awesome Now we need to make it so that you can fluctuate the grams depending on the day and on the week of that particular client.

We just need to set some days as high carb and then low carb. Change macros daily etc.. Most clients have one macro count for two days and then a low day. Kind of like you have with changing workouts daily and scheduling it

Add the ability to schedule Marcos by date. For example, being able to have a set Macro scheduled for every Monday and Friday.

BTW. I think the automatic training/rest day macro based on the schedule is the BEST idea I've EVER had! Please make it happen :D

Now that we have MFP integrated (well done btw!!) I have some feedback which I hope you take into account.
* Manually enter the macros.
I know MFP uses percentage unless you are a premium user, but this could be done on the Trainerize end. I don't prescribe macros by percantage and using the slider gives a jump of 20kcal on a 2000kcal diet which is way to high.* Prescribe training and rest day calories and macros (even more days if possible).
Seldom do I prescribe the same calories for training and resting days, so being able to preselect which days are training days, and which are not (even better if the system automatically changes the macros based on if a workout is scheduled so that it is dynamic!)*Add the cool new "Body weight" and "fat percentage" graphs from the Nutrition tab on the Cliens page to the clients Dashboard :)
