Technique randomizer!
🙋🏼♂️Movement randomizer feature!!!!
Example: I’m building a pushing workout. I have bench press, dumbbell press, incline dumbbell press and military press... is love to have a feature where I could insert a randomized block that’s set to choose from specific movements that I select. Say after the four I want two random isolated pushing movements. So I could select tricep push down, skull crushers, Sphinx push ups, Bobineaux the head dumbbell extensions or lay pull over...
each time the client open the workout it will automatically be set to one of those movements that I set to randomly select.
Further, the client couldn’t tell it’s set to select nor could they choose which ones the randomized selects. Ever.
This would drastically aid the client in keeping things fresh, new and fun. My clients love when I ch age their routine up and not tell them. But going into each scheduled workout and changing something takes to much time.
And of course whichever the randomizer selects would be tracked within their progress and each movement within the randomized selection would be programmed with reps/sets/comment.
This would be beautiful for core and stretching routines as it will always be new, in a different order and keep the attention of the client.
This randomized sets could be saved as whole blocks in Master Workouts for easy input.
A randomized would increase to enjoyment of the client and increase productivity time for the trainer.
