Ability to pause, freeze or pro-rate a payment to accomodate vacations and time-off
Ability to pause, freeze, pro-rate or change payment date of client's next invoice payment date instead of cancelling their plans and restarting.
This is to acomodate when clients want to go on vacation, are sick or have any other time off.

Definitely, the ability to freeze their accounts - mid week and re start at any given point and pick up from their workouts where they left off and finish what is left in their billing cycle.

Freeze a client's account iif they have to stop for a while (injury for instance) and unfreeze when they are back. All payments and programs stop and re-start from where they were (including the product term).

I have been going in and creating promo codes to try and get to the amount I need for any adjustments, it's daunting as other payment platforms I have easily been able to edit the invoice before it was sent. I'm looking forward to this new feature!!

When they need to pause currently, I don't offer the ability unless it is for over 2 weeks that they will be out of action.
If someone needs to pause past 2 weeks I deactivate them.
Would like the option to keep the billing date and skip payments as each circumstance can be different

And yes, being able to pause a payment (and the option to deactivate or keep active during this pause) would be a tremendous addition. With all of these additions and the addition of multiple products I could just use trainerize pay for everything.

Hi Trevor,
With other products I’ve used, the ability has been to adjust the amount on the payment, or change the payment date.
For example, if I have someone paying weekly for PT and they are away for 2 weeks I would just delete 2 upcoming payments (this was using Ezidebit) or change the next billing date (this was using Acuity scheduling).
And if I have someone paying monthly for a service but they are away for 3 weeks, I could change the payment amount for that month to make them happy.
I believe you need the ability to change the price for a payment and be able to skip a payment when needed.
I’ve used services where you can’t change the payment amount and it’s amazing how many times it becomes a frustration for both you and the client. -

The ability to freeze payments would be great. I allow clients to Freeze for up to 3 months within a contract. But in Trainerize all I can do is cancel and restart which gets really messy and unfortunately makes it easier for people to skip out on payment or on their contracts all together

If a client is on vacation or is injured, have the ability to pause the payment plan.

Add a pause payment option so you don’t have to completely cancel a program when a client reschedules a session or goes on vacation. Even add an option for payments to start again automatically on a certain date to restart program.
