    It would be incredible to have sections for E.M.O.M. And AMRAP components.

    Some workouts might have an AMRAP component and finish on an E.M.O.M. (Every minute on the minute) Component.

    I personally would love to see Titles within a workout. For example,

    ‘Warm up’
    followed by exercises

    AMRAP
    followed by a circuit of exercises

    And so on... E.M.O.M., Strength component, Chest, Hamstrings. Whatever the coach wants to put.

    I believe this would improve the client experience massively. They would learn as they go and could skip to certain sections within a workout if needed.

    In order to use the appointments tab, it really needs to be a one stop shop in a way. If I'm training a group of corporates in the park, I want to be able to book an appointment with a custom name rather than only being able to select a client within Trainerize. Some clients just won't be on the system. For example, my 86 yr old client that doesn't own a mobile phone. The workaround for this would be to use my google calendar but it won't sync and show up in my trainerize calendar which then renders the trainerize calendar as inaccurate for me to go off because it won't show all my bookings.

    Sync with calendars so that it shows when busy. Extremely important for myself but even more so if we are ever going to be able to book clients in for other staff members via Trainerize appointments.

    Hi everyone,

    We are currently starting the planning phase with this feature and we need your feedback and use cases to ensure we build this correctly for you.

    Currently when someone needs to pause their subscription, what do you do?

    Do you keep them on the same billing date, but skip payment cycles? What about partial months? How do you account for that?

    Or do you simply just switch the next billing cycle date?

    And yes, being able to pause a payment (and the option to deactivate or keep active during this pause) would be a tremendous addition. With all of these additions and the addition of multiple products I could just use trainerize pay for everything.

    Hi Trevor,

    With other products I’ve used, the ability has been to adjust the amount on the payment, or change the payment date.

    For example, if I have someone paying weekly for PT and they are away for 2 weeks I would just delete 2 upcoming payments (this was using Ezidebit) or change the next billing date (this was using Acuity scheduling).

    And if I have someone paying monthly for a service but they are away for 3 weeks, I could change the payment amount for that month to make them happy.

    I believe you need the ability to change the price for a payment and be able to skip a payment when needed.
    I’ve used services where you can’t change the payment amount and it’s amazing how many times it becomes a frustration for both you and the client.
